Cadillac is poised to expand its all-electric offerings with the upcoming Cadillac Optiq, a new crossover that will slot in under the Cadillac Lyriq in terms of sizing and price. GM Authority has covered the new Cadillac Optiq extensively in the past, and now, we’re back at it to tell you a little bit more about the interior. Specifically, GM Authority has learned that the upcoming Cadillac Optiq will feature a curved display panel.
According to GM Authority sources, the new Cadillac Optiq will feature a curved display panel that will house both the digital driver instrument cluster and the infotainment system touchscreen. These two displays will be incorporated into a single, seamless full-width display, the design of which will be similar to that of the 2024 Cadillac XT4 and 2025 Cadillac CT5.
Cadillac’s latest all-electric vehicle efforts include a revision to the luxury marque’s exterior and interior styling language, with the full-width cluster and touchscreen layout finding its way to a number of different models as of late. With that in mind, it shouldn’t be terribly surprising to learn that the upcoming Optiq will incorporate a similar design motif.
Speaking of design, the first images of the Optiq have already leaked in China, including images of the more-powerful AWD variant, providing us with a look at the crossover’s exterior styling. Highlights include a thin upper styling line and narrow grille section, as well as thick vertical lighting elements that bookend that fascia in a V-shaped layout.
The vertical lighting elements connect with thinner upper lighting elements in a curving joint that stretches towards the front fenders. The roofline gently slopes towards the rear end in a single arc before falling at a hard angle into the rear hatch. Interestingly, the Cadillac Optiq will also feature two rear spoilers and no rear wiper.
Under the skin, the Cadillac Optiq will draw motivation from GM Ultium Drive motors and a GM Ultium battery pack, while the GM BEV3 platform will provide the bones.

Probably spied the interior. Like always, they will make an article or two before posting those pictures .
I mean, it would be news if they didn’t offer the curved OLED on one of their new cars.
I’m ready to see the EV that is supposed to be replacing the XT6. That’s the only one we haven’t seen so far.. I don’t think the Optiq looks as good as the Lyriq, but then again I haven’t really seen many pictures of it to judge it fairly.
We haven’t seen the last 3 evs cadillac will offer. I believe a midsize 3 row euv and 2 ev sedans with one being ct6 size and the other being ct5 size.
Yeah I heard about the sedans but didn’t know they were coming soon. The SUVs are supposed to be released next year, right?
Yawn. Who cares? It’s another SUV/crossover with a large curved screen. Big deal. If you didn’t read the title to the article, you’d be dang hard pressed to know if it was a Cadillac, Chevy, Fisker, Dodge, Jeep or Lexus and so on.
Wake me up when Cadillac/GM decides to get the nice luxury sedans from Buick and Cadillac on lots.
What size is this vehicle? the long roofline looks a lot like the Chevy Blazer Electric.
GM Authority posted the dimensions of the different Cadillac vehicles, and the Optiq will be similar in size to the Chevy Equinox EV.
