SVE Launches 750-HP Yenko/SC 2024 Chevy Camaro

As previously reported by GM Authority, Specialty Vehicle Engineering (SVE) announced that it will build a limited run of 2024 Yenko/SC Chevy Camaro Stage I, II and III packages. While the “base” power level on the Stage I comes in at 1,150 horsepower and 910 pound-feet of torque, some folks may consider this a bit too much. For those who find themselves in this camp, SVE is also building a milder Yenko/SC Chevy Camaro.

Available for LT1, 1SS and 2SS 2024 Camaro variants in either coupe or convertible configuration, this Yenko/SC muscle car develops 750 horsepower from a blueprinted 6.2L V8 LT1 gasoline engine. Of course, the secret sauce to producing all 750 ponies lies with the supercharger.

SVE developed its own 3.0L twin-screw supercharger to boost the LT1’s output to the deserved power level. Of course, modifications go further than just slapping a supercharger on the V8, so the aftermarket tuning company added a massive oversized air-to-water intercooler, dual-pass heat exchanger, unique intercooled bypass system aluminum high-flow intake manifold, high-flow supercharger cooling system, billet idler plate, and adjustable idler system.

For customers looking for an extra touch, the supercharger housing can be had in custom color options, as well as the standard textured black finish. In addition, SVE includes a 50-state emissions legal calibration. Meanwhile, transmission options include either the six-speed manual transmission or the GM 10-speed automatic transmission.

In a similar fashion to the aforementioned Yenko/SC Camaro Stage I, II, and III kits, the 750 horsepower Yenko/SC Camaro keeps the exterior modifications to a minimum, electing to stick with side stripes and a body color-painted carbon fiber hood with exposed carbon fiber.

Notably, SVE will only produce 50 units of this special muscle car.

  1. I don’t want to hear any more about Camaros now that GM has trashed them. No more sporty cars for the average guy from GM. That’s just stupid poor planning.

  3. Lousy coverage that doesn’t address prices, when available, dealers available. Also not happy with exit of ice when electric have not proved themselves and are too pricey.
