The all-new 2025 Buick Enclave is just over the horizon, poised to introduce the crossover’s latest third generation. As expected, the next-gen 2025 Buick Enclave will debut a wealth of updates and changes over the preceding 2024 model year, including an overhauled cabin layout. Now, the new 2025 Buick Enclave interior has been revealed in a new set of spy photos.
As these spy photos clearly show, and confirming our previous exclusive details, the 2025 Buick Enclave will incorporate a large, horizontally oriented display layout that stretches across the dash, combining a digital driver instrument cluster and infotainment system touchscreen into a single, flowing widescreen panel. It appears as though there are two pieces of camo in place to hide what’s on the digital screens underneath, but clearly, the dash includes a widescreen infotainment layout somewhat similar to that of the Cadillac Lyriq.
The spy photos also include a look at some of the hard buttons on the center console, which include more of the horizontal design motif, with silver toggles for things like the HVAC controls and defroster. A large, circular engine start / stop button is to the left of the HVAC controls, while two large vents are underneath. The controls include a piano black backing.
The steering wheel design was also reworked, and includes a set of hard buttons at thumb-length at the 9 o’clock and 3 o’clock positions, a soft-touch wrap, and a large strip along the topmost portion of the wheel indicating the presence of the GM Super Cruise system, as GM Authority previously reported. Although it’s covered in tape, the center of the steering wheel clearly shows Buick’s latest Tri-Shield logo, first introduced in conjunction with the Wildcat EV concept last year.
Under the hood, the 2025 Buick Enclave will cradle the turbocharged 2.5L I4 LK0 gasoline engine, rated at 328 horsepower and 326 pound-feet of torque. Front-wheel drive will be standard, while all-wheel drive will be optional.
The 2025 Buick Enclave is expected to debut next year.

You’re not you when you’re hungry.
Covered right side of dash may not be screens, hopefully. Looks like the shifter has been moved to the steering column, a la Hyundai and Kia EVs (?). Last console shifter was a crazy mess anyway.
the buttons are amazing what you talking about
this is some half sized lever that you have to fiddle with to get gears. ugh
The lever will be simple. Likely up for Reverse, down for Drive, possibly pull forward for Neutral, and push the silver button on the end of the stalk for Park. What gears are you looking for? It is not going to be manual, just an automatic, pure and simple. I like the simplicity.
Will that Garmin be an RPO or LPO?
Engine output is 328 HP / 326 lb-ft as confirmed on the 2024 Traverse and Chevy website. Stop copying your previous articles.
As for the interior, I genuinely hope this is an earlier preproduction with some tweaking to go. That center stack is sure looking like pretty hard plastic, even if it may have a small layer of soft-touch.
2.5L 4 banger……….so premium much prestige.
Get into the car without knowing what is under the hood. 328 HP! 326 lb-ft of torque! How much more do you want? I don’t see F1 drivers complain about the 1000+ HP that their cars get out of 2 or 2.5 liters.
I’m sure when they have a .05 litre 1 cylinder with 150lbs of boost you would be ok with that….
F1 engines are designed to last 1 race.
4 cylinders are low rent economy car motors to most people, the don’t care what F1 does or how much hp it makes with boost, its still low end.
This thing will probably sticker near $60K when well equipped and they are expecting all the previous Enclave owners who have only known the car as a V6 luxury cross over for the last 16 years to now accept a 4 cylinder economy car motor in a $60K car.
I’m not an SUV person any more. I was at one time when every nanny and soccer mom/dad didn’t drive them and clog the roads with their 1 kids and soccer balls rolling around in the back. However, when it came to SUV’s, the Enclave was always the one that looked the best to me. They didn’t follow the rest with ugly non-painted black plastic all over. They had (key word HAD) a much nicer interior that was always a class above the rest. From the looks of it, that is all changing. At least the interior. What was once a beautiful flowing design with a well integrated screen is becoming yet another casualty to the ugly dash and over-sized screen cancer. Too bad. Now all Buick has to do is plaster the outside with black plastic and they will have succeeded in killing it.
Large flowing screens are the future. Get over it. Look how long it took GMC to update their horribly dated center stack design in their trucks with the tiny 8 inch screen. Do you want your next computer to be an iPad mini? The thing that I don’t like about the center stack in this Enclave are the up and down buttons for the heating/cooling.
That is a distraction from driving. Give me a rotary knob every time.
Dan, I’m sorry to have to be the one to tell you this, but … you have horrendous taste.
I say this as someone who spent the last 5 years up until 3 months ago selling Chevy, Buick, GMC: the Enclave’s the quietest, most comfortable and smoothest riding crossover in the lineup (at that time); so I always felt it was a shame that it’s so ugly that most people won’t buy it. The Enclave is like a direct line of sight straight into the minds’ eye of anyone who responds to the suggestion that they consider a Buick with “Ew, Buicks are for old people”.
I guess if you’re looking for an unattractive minivan without many of the options available in *actual* minivans – and without the sliding doors that make them worth buying to many minivan buyers – while still being considered at least as “uncool”, while paying significantly more money for the pleasure, then yes, a 2024 or older Buick Enclave is the car for you!
Looking nice and modern.
Hah! With or without camouflage, it still looks like a mini-van. Waste of time and money.
Saying that a 4 cylinder turbo is a big step down from a naturally aspirated V6 is an urban myth. About half a dozen years ago all the prestige brands (including Mercedes Benz and BMW) switched their cars to 2 liter turbo 4s. Why? Better fuel efficiency, better torque, better packaging. There may be a bit of a trade off because the V6 will run a little smoother, but its a trade off most every major auto company chose. That new ‘downgraded’ turbo 4 has more horsepower and more torque than any prior Enclave and probably will do as well or better than prior Enclaves on EPA mileage tests. There is a name for that. It is called Progress.
A 4 banger is for third world countries. Believe what you like, but I’m not going to get in some little shoe box with a 4 and try to drive coast to coast. This isn’t like driving from England to France.
“its a trade off most every major auto company chose”
-They didn’t choose it, they were forced to do it by EPA
Love my 2008 Enclave. When will buick update these models with better gas mileage. Waiting for a fuel efficient model ie..Hybrid or E-model? Are there any future plans to address gas mileage? That seem to be the #1 issue with the Buick Enclaves. I would think they would’ve addressed this by now. This needs improving too!
have been waiting for the 2025 enclave restyle to replace the 2019 enclave i now own. i better start looking for a 2024 because I DO NOT WANT A FOUR BANGER !!!!
