About Chevrolet Silverado HD

The 2023 Chevy Silverado HD received minor changes and updates over the 2022 Chevy Silverado HD.

Last fall, GM unveiled the refreshed 2024 Chevy Silverado HD with new exterior styling, an overhauled interior space, new tech like standard wireless CarPlay and Android Auto, safety features like Adaptive Cruise Control, and upgrades to the powertrain lineup. It offers a new High Country Premium package which replaces the High Country Deluxe package offered previously. Also, the 2024 Silverado HD offers two new 22-inch wheel options with certain of those rollers now available on more trim levels.

Not surprisingly, pricing for the 2024 Silverado HD increases compared to the preceding 2023 model year, with refreshed 2500 HD models $1,100 to $1,900 more expensive while 3500 HD models are $1,200 to $2,000 more expensive.

Yet, on top of that, the 2024 Silverado HD received a price increase last month. Pricing has jumped $1,100 across the entire Silverado HD lineup, which includes a $1,000 increase in MSRP, while the destination freight charge went up from $1,895 to $1,995.

In April, GM officially debuted the first-ever 2024 Chevy Silverado HD ZR2 and new 2024 Chevy Silverado HD ZR2 Bison as the Bow Tie brand’s most capable heavy-duty off-roaders.

GM Authority recently learned pricing details of the 2024 Silverado HD ZR2 and Silverado HD ZR2 Bison.

Furthermore, the upcoming 2025 Chevy Silverado HD will add a new Trail Boss trim level.
