The refreshed model’s Virtual Cockpit features 19 inches of screen real estate via an 11-inch infotainment screen and 8-inch configurable driver cluster screen. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are included as standard, while wireless phone charging is optional.

I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
It’s been how long now, and I still can’t find any kind words for this new design Encore GX. Of all the Buick models, this ugly front end looks the worst on this one. As for the color, I’d have to see it in person, but with that face and nasty black wheels and moldings, it looks awful in the pictures.
The dark blue Avenir looks much better with the silver wheels and painted trim while making the front end less offensive. I still can’t put my finger on it, but the Envista just looks way better to me even though the front end is so similar. Is it because the Encore GX looks way more stubby and shorter than the Envista? The only Envista I’d consider would be the fully painted Avenir.
What is stunning? Styling on my new 2024 Encore GX, that’s what. Roomy interior and killer tech.Love its stance and sexy lines and the more than capable 1.3 turbo charged 3 cylinder! 29 city 31 hwy! Thank you Buick!
Eric: Congrats on your purchase and I’m glad you like it. Saying it has “sexy lines” is a little hard for me to buy into, but to each their own. It’s just one more CUV/SUV and I personally have a really difficult time telling it from the Nissan or Kia of the same size when driving down the road. But again, stuff like this is personal preference for sure.
What I will say is that if you feel 29/31 is good in 2023 on a quite small CUV with a 3 cyl engine, then I have no words for that other than it’s terrible. If that’s the best they can muster on them, then I certainly wouldn’t buy one.
Dan B – so here are some kind words. I’ve seen both the old grille and the new “shark nose” side by side (on a dealer lot) and new design looks modern. I’ve said this before, I think a lot of the contributors here are old school and like a more traditional grill. I’m willing to bet the new design is aimed at attracting a younger demographic. It would be interesting if Buick sold both front ends which would sell.
I recall back in the day with the Ford Taurus, Ford asked the public held a contest which of 2 grills they liked more a traditional grill or a floating Ford oval which at the time was consider very avant-garde – the floating oval won out.
I think perhaps what you can’t put your finger on is that you’ve seen the GX with the traditional grill and the new design looks really different vs just the new design on the Envista. For me with the Envista I have a hard time with the backend. Also with the “subcompact plus” Envista, it measures 182.6″ which is a hair larger than the compact Envision at 182.5
As previously reported I bought a Trax Activ trim, I wanted the LT trim, what sold me on the Active is the blacked out wheels and larger grill.
tmw: All good points. Like I said above, stuff like this is all very personal.
Awesome and sexily designed beautiful Buick. Awful and nauseating color (copper ice – crappy spice…whatever). Who gave the go-ahead on this? Said it before, and will continue….give me GREEN!
Eww my eyes. The color, wheels and bland new front end make this look very cheap
I would love to see someone photoshop today’s Buicks in some of the classic colors of years past . Twilight turqouise, Turquoise mist, teal blue mist. The Copper ICe in my opinion looks terrible in person, so let’s hope it is a one year thing.
Perhaps they can end this “sick dog poo” color now before it hurts anyone’s cornea.
