2023 Equinox

The 2024 Chevy Equinox arrives with only a handful of updates and changes prior to the debut of an all-new fourth generation. For example, pricing for the 2024 Chevy Equinox shows that the LT trim rises by $1,795 and the RS trim by $250, both due to new packages now included as standard. Check out complete 2024 Equinox pricing with options.

As before, front-wheel drive is included as standard across the trim level lineup, with all-wheel drive offered as an optional upgrade. Motivation for the 2024 Equinox comes from the new-for-2023 turbocharged 1.5L I4 LSD gasoline engine, which produces 175 horsepower and 203 pound-feet of torque.

Recently the Chevy Equinox was praised for ease of child seat installation and noted for having top-quality seats.

The next-generation Chevy Equinox is on the way for 2024 as the 2025 Chevy Equinox.

  1. ’23s are nearly gone. I can find $7500 off MSRP on the few I see left and $3500 off ’24s, so, clearly, there are dealer incentives in play here too.

  2. Looked at Equinox models at a local dealer last weekend. They had 8 on the lot. A mix of ’23s and ’24s. The one I was kind of interested in was a ’24 AWD RS. MSRP was $39K. $39K!!!! Dealer offering no discounts on the ’24s. The Equinox is NOT a $39K vehicle. $39K puts it in ’24 Lexus NX 250 territory…and I know which of the two I would choose.

The leftover 2023’s were being sold at full MSRP less rebates. No dealer discounts. As of today, they still have the ’24 RS I looked at as well as a couple of ’23s, but mostly ’24s.

With the 2024 being the final year for this generation, they are going to need to really entice customers to take the plunge.
