About Cadillac CT5
The 2023 Cadillac CT5 arrives with just a handful of changes and updates over the 2022 Cadillac CT5.
While in December Consumer Reports said the 2023 Cadillac CT5 was a compact luxury car to avoid buying, just a week later, Car and Driver named the Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing to its 2023 10Best cars list. “The Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing is the greatest sports sedan on sale today,” the editors proclaimed, “if not of all time.”
The 2024 Cadillac CT5 hits dealer lots as the fifth model year for the luxury four-door, offering up a few important updates and changes compared to the preceding 2023 model year. That includes standard IntelliBeam headlamps across the entire CT5 trim lineup. Furthermore, the 2024 model year gets a new Red Accent Package on the CT5 and on the CT5-V, the 2024 Cadillac CT5 Onyx Package will include a new decklid spoiler, and the 2024 CT5-V, CT5-V Blackwing get four new paint colors, including yellow.
Pricing for the 2024 Cadillac CT5 shows that Luxury, Premium Luxury, and Sport trim levels are now $200 more expensive than equivalent 2023 model-year vehicles, while the CT5-V is $500 and CT5-V Blackwing is $2,500 costlier.
This month, GM debuted the refreshed 2025 Cadillac CT5, revealing new styling and tech features along with more standard safety items. Notably, this refresh only applies to the Cadillac CT5 Luxury, Premium Luxury, and Sport for now. The refreshed 2025 Cadillac CT5-V and Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing are coming soon. Production of the 2025 Cadillac CT5 will begin next spring.
The online configurator tool is still live for the 2023 CT5 as well as for the 2023 CT5-V and CT5-V Blackwing, and live for the 2024 CT5 as well as for the 2024 CT5-V and CT5-V Blackwing.

My local dealer has been discounting XT-4. XT-5, CT-4 and CT-5 for about the last month. 2023’s anywhere from 500-1500 and 2024’s I think somewhere between 500 and 1000. Their site did not say if it was their discount or a national program. They had quite a selection online. Even slades they had about a dozen in total on the lot. No discount on those of course.
I like this car, it’s still fairly close to a sedan, I’m just not a fan of Caddy SUV’s or crossovers.
