The 2024 Cadillac CT4 arrives as the fifth model year for the luxury four-door nameplate, with the 2024 Cadillac CT4-V once again offering up some performance-flavored goodness for those buyers that don’t want to go full Blackwing. Notably, the 2024 Cadillac CT4-V is available with the new Red Accent Package, which adds a selection of unique exterior enhancements to the mix. Now, GM Authority is highlighting this package in the following feature spotlight.
The new Red Accent Package for the 2024 Cadillac CT4-V is tagged with RPO code PDK, and is offered as an LPO-level option, which means it’s installed by the dealer, rather than at the factory when the vehicle is initially produced. The Red Accent Package includes the following content (relevant RPO codes listed in parentheses):
- 19-inch Low Gloss Black alloy wheels with Red accents (SOY)
- Red wheel center cap (52E)
- Decals (5K2)
- Black wheel lug nuts (SPY)
- Black wheel locks (SPZ)
Package pricing is set at $3,495.
The Red Accent Package can be seen on the 2024 Cadillac CT4-V in the images on this page. This particular example is finished in Cyber Yellow Metallic paint (paint code GCP), a new addition for the 2024 model year.
As a reminder, the Cadillac CT4-V offers several performance-flavored enhancements over non-V variants of the four-door. However, it doesn’t match the track-ready performance potential of the Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing. As such, the CT4-V could be considered a sort of “performance-lite” variant akin to the now-departed V-Sport range.
Under the hood, the Cadillac CT4-V cradles the turbocharged 2.7L I4 L3B gasoline engine, which is rated at a maximum of 325 horsepower and 380 pound-feet of torque. Output is harnessed by the GM Hydra-Matic 10-Speed automatic transmission, and directed to either the rear wheels, or all four wheels. The sprint to 60 mph takes an estimated 4.8 seconds, while top speed is rated at 156 mph.
Under the body panels, the Cadillac CT4 rides on the GM Alpha 2 platform, while production takes place at the GM Lansing Grand River plant in Michigan.

The woman in charge of GM’s color palette needs an eye exam included as part of her severance package. 4 reds, 3 grays, 2 blacks, freakshow yellow, vomit blue, poop brown….the misery never ends. I also intensely dislike the subtle Ukrainian flag colors they forced into the Cadillac CT5-V lineup. I didn’t buy a CT5-V Blackwing this year because of the color choices and I passed on the new Z06 for several reasons but the largest one (beyond the mechanical issues, ADM and constraints) was the horrendous choice of colors. I’m not paying 50K over for a car missing options in a color I don’t like. And for the love of all that’s holy, offer some different interior colors. The endless sea of black, black/brown and grey are killing me.
I can’t see ANY red accents on the pictured CT4-V rims or body ? Hope the red package isn’t too expensive.
After a third look I do see a red stripe on the rocker panel app 1/4″ by 6″. But still no red stripe on the rims.
