The 2024 Chevy Blazer EV made its big debut last year, showing off an all-new, all-electric crossover complete with sharp styling and the latest GM technology. Although the 2024 Chevy Blazer EV will be available in a variety of trim levels and configurations, the first two variants out the gates will be the LT AWD and RS AWD. Now, GM Authority is detailing the feature list for the 2024 Chevy Blazer EV LT and RS right here.
To make these lists a little easier to digest, we’ve broken down the 2024 Chevy Blazer EV features into six specific sections, including Comfort and Convenience, Safety, Seating, Exterior, Mechanical, and finally, Packages. The lists include the relevant RPO code for each feature, as well as an indicator if the feature is included as Standard (S), offered as Available (A), or not offered (-) for the trim level in question.

Does anyone care?
If Farley can do a cross-country in a Lightning (without support vehicles, which would be fun, but that’ll never happen), send Mary off from the opposite coast in one of these.
And a ton of ICEs are back on the drawing board. Finally.
WHAT IS THE RANGE??
@gmauthority
You LEFT OUT, a very IMPORTANT OPTION.
RS-AWD will not have SUNROOF available.
ONLY the 2LT can.
I am paying high dollar, I cannot order sunroof for the RS AWD?
Parts shortage?
I do not see myself, paying this much money and forced to not able to enjoy luxury.
All my cars at this price range has sunroof.
The price of the RS-AWD is a bit less than a Lyriq base.
Lyriq has a Moonroof (Translucid Roof).
I think this is a deal breaker for those who wants the RS appareance and will wait until they offer it.
I noticed the same thing. I wish they offerred the non powered moon roof on both! I suppose if you add the Comfort and Convenience Package (ZFT) to the LT you get close to the base RS or am I missing something? Now if they would just make them and the Equinox in volumes finally.
That’s the dilemma, even the RS AWD which is quite expensive already had drop the super cruise, and not offering sunroof. Do you think GM will keep their promise to offer 19.2kw charger and Supercruise on the Equinox? I highly doubtful.
Absolutely agree with you. If there is no sunroof option on the RS at this price point then, along with the $5,000 higher than expected RS price, I’m going to pull the chute on this one and I’m out. Maybe in 2 or 3 years when they start to understand the market they are targeting, I’ll reconsider. I might just go back to Tesla and a Model Y with its improvements for the ’23 and ’24 model years at this point for our second EV. I can buy a Long Range AWD Model Y for $50K and upgrade it with a tow hitch from the factory and get the following from aftermarket vendors and still save thousands that I would have to spend to get a Blazer RS:
–a suspension lift kit
–full leather seating with door panel inserts in a variety of different colors and patterns
–aftermarket protective wheel covers in different colors and patters
–a steering wheel instrument cluster with or without wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay
–a full length electric sunroof shade
With all of these optional upgrades, I would still be under $60k and have a car that already has NACS charging and no dealer related purchasing nightmares to wade through. After the poor experience with our 2021 Model 3 that we eventually traded in for a Bolt EUV (which my wife and I love by the way!), we were looking forward to the Blazer as our second EV for long trips and camping. We were hoping for the Blazer EV RS to be the one. This is not what we expected and I’m now looking at Tesla again because nobody else can seem to get their acts together at this size of vehicle. Tesla is officially killing them on price per feature, and the availability of aftermarket upgrades and accessories for the car is making the Model Y more and more appealing to us at this point due to the ability to really dial it in for our specific preferences. It’s sad that the competition still hasn’t really caught up.
We could go with the 2LT, most likely without a sunroof, but it will cost a minimum of $56k. GM is dreaming…
If we were willing to spend upwards of $60-$70k for a larger car, we would definitely consider the Lyriq or even the upcoming EV9 or Volvo EX90, but we didn’t really want to spend much more than $50k to $55k. This decision by GM prices us out and doesn’t even give us all the options that we might have wanted. It’s unfortunate.
It actually has moonroof not option of sliding sunroof withi sliding covers.
Um… I know the Model Y has a fixed glass roof. I’m talking about an aftermarket power sliding sunshade. I used to own a Model 3.
So do all those electric options use electricity provided by the battery
Peanuts in comparison. A better question is if the cabin heat is via a heat pump or resistive heating. A big issue for me since I like it toastey in the car in the winter is how much juice it takes to keep a car interior warm in an EV. They try to minimize the problem with heated steering, seats etc, but I like it warm. A heat pump saves around 3X the power needed versus resistive.
Reviews seem to seldom mention this, but yes a heat pump is important if you live in even a moderate temperature area. Phoenix and S. Cal. not so much.
All Ultium vehicles will use a heat pump system. It’s been integrated into the platforms.
Of note a heat pump is 3X more efficient at 32F. But at -20F uses just as much energy as a resistive heater. But in most regions it’s 32F a lot more often then -20F so generally still saves quite a bit of energy
Some like it HOT…
In the winter I get 220 miles from an 82% charge, in summer it’s 257 miles for the same charge. I blast my heater along with the heated seats and steering wheel.
I’m going to buy a loaded RS with AWD next year. Going fully electric in 2024 I already have a Bolt.
What’s the deal with flat-bottom steering wheels? The only option on the upper trim, and ditto with the Ford Mach-e. I’m not getting a Kia or Hyundai EV due to flat-bottom steering wheels on every trim level. It would interfere with my driving style and provides no benefit whatsoever.
I don’t even notice my “flat bottom” steering wheel on my EV6…fabulous driving car!
Not sure how you wouldn’t notice the shape of your steering wheel. Turning the wheel it would be where you expect it to be, and then somewhere else. Just a stupid marketing gimmick by non-drivers.
Wow you would think that with prices well into the 50’s to start these things would have a leather wheel, power seat and maybe wireless phone charging. So those mid 50’s prices will likely be closer to 60 with these option packages. That is out of most average folks price ranges.
GM is resorting the pricing of their EV offering. They don’t want to undercut the upcoming Equinox EV and the anticipated new Bolt at some point.
They already cut the 1LT model for absolutely no explanation. That’s the only logical bait and switch explanation. Other than profit margin consideration.
It is what gm is doing.
…not interested anymore.
GM lost me with the “sudden” price increase. There are better OPTIONS now.
What model will have Supercross?
Supercruise? Only SS.
That is so irritating. I’m so tired of broken promises.
I can wait a couple of years for better pricing. Got my Bolt EUV for a great price and happy for now.
Is the microfiber suede seating on the RS a deal breaker for anyone else? Can’t imagine paying $60k and not getting leather seats.
