For example, pricing for the 2024 Chevy Equinox shows that the LT trim rises by $1,795 and the RS trim by $250, both due to new packages now included as standard. Check out complete 2024 Equinox pricing with options.

As before, front-wheel drive is included as standard across the trim level lineup, with all-wheel drive offered as an optional upgrade. Motivation for the 2024 Equinox comes from the new-for-2023 turbocharged 1.5L I4 LSD gasoline engine, which produces 175 horsepower and 203 pound-feet of torque.

The next-generation Chevy Equinox is on the way for 2024 as the 2025 Chevy Equinox.

    1. Mid 8 second 0-60 is plenty to get out of its own way. And the high torque amount down low make it a more pleasurable drive than some of those NA 200hp motors the others offer (Rav4 I am looking at you).

    2. I’ve got one and it does just fine.

  2. Will need to offer a lot bigger discounts to compensate for its worst in class pipsqueak motor.

    1. Nice try taking my name. Worst in class, haven’t we been through this before? It has a ton more torque than most the ICE engines in its class and is on par with HP. That motor is a good motor for the vehicle and a reason they kept it over the 2.0. While more power is always better to a point, the market for these vehicles aren’t demanding 250+ hp 5 sec 0-60 rockets. The want reliable, quiet, comfortable and good on gas vehicles for a good price. Know the market, most who shop this class couldn’t tell you any stats let alone the motor size…

      1. Yet the market demands the RAV4 much more than the Equinox or Terrain. Hence the 2X higher sales, lower inventory, higher resale value & greater customer satisfaction.
Your apologies for the 1.5 pipsqueak turbo are so comical. It shows you can’t accept the truth.

  3. My local dealer is still adding a “market adjustment” of $3500 to every vehicle on the lot, including the Equinox.
