For the new model year, the 2024 Cadillac XT4 sees the introduction of a mid-cycle refresh that brings along revisions to the exterior styling, interior appointments, and new tech goodies. In regard to the updates to the exterior design, the 2024 XT4 now offers two new grille finishes.
Both front grille finishes will be available as LPO offerings, meaning that these two features will be installed on-site at the dealership (relevant RPO code in parenthesis):
- Grille with Galvano surround and Galvano finish (SJA)
- Grille with Black surround and Black mesh (RZ9)
It’s worth noting that the exact pricing details have yet to be announced. However, it’s likely that the Grille with Galvano surround and Galvano finish option will retail for around $700 and the Grille with Black surround and Black mesh feature will go for roughly $600 when ordered with the luxury subcompact crossover.
As previously mentioned, the revised 2024 XT4 also receives upgrades to the interior. More specifically, the cabin has been overhauled and is now headlined by a 33-inch, 9K-resolution LED color touchscreen, along with an available 14-speaker audio system from AKG, 5G Wi-Fi hotspot capability, and wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto capability.
In regard to the powertrain department, the 2024 Cadillac XT4 features the same turbocharged 2.0L I4 LSY gasoline engine as the outgoing 2023 model, rated at 235 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. Output is routed to the pavement via the GM nine-speed automatic transmission, with both FWD and AWD available to put it to the ground.
Notably, the Chinese-market Cadillac XT4 is also equipped with the LSY engine, but includes a mild hybrid system with 48V technology that adds electric assist, electric idle and regenerative braking, for an overall fuel consumption reduction of five to six percent.
Under the body panels, the XT4 rides on the GM E2 platform, while production of the 2024 model kicked off in April 2023 at the GM Fairfax Assembly plant in Kansas City.

Show the inside. Please
Scroll down at this link: https://www.cadillac.com/suvs/xt4#gallery The interior is pretty sharp if you ask me!
I think so too, especially the cool gray in the sport model with the black accent bands and the pattern in the leather.
Big news! Very exciting!
Cadillac really needs to improve the interior look of the xt6 & xt5. 10 years ago the Mercedes, BMW interiors were boring, now their interiors are more exciting & inviting especially Mercedes. Cadillac needs more luxurious interiors.
