  1. What good is the lease program when dealers cannot get delivery of the trucks. I have been waiting since March 31, 2023 and there still is no factory allocation to build. Nutzy fagan!

  2. I went to my local GMC dealer this week looking at trucks. They had 4 Canyon’s on the lot (all Elevation Trim/2WD). The average sticker was around $42,000. I asked about leasing one of those and my salesman told me that the Sierra’s were a better deal. He ran the numbers for a Canyon Elevation 2wd and a Sierra Elevation 4wd and to get the Canyon down to the same price as a Sierra (a truck that cost $20,000 more), I would have had to triple my down payment. I drove away in a new Sierra Elevation. The Canyon’s are nice looking, a big improvement over the old model, but they are still too new to be competitive as far as incentives are concerned.
