Chevy Malibu Discount Offers $750 Off In July 2023

In July 2023, a Chevy Malibu discount offers $750 off the 2023 Chevy Malibu during the Chevy Summer Drive sales promotion.

Additionally, a national lease is available on the 2023 Malibu LT, plus local market leases on other trim levels.

This is the ninth-generation Chevy Malibu in the sporty RS trim. The next generation of the Bow Tie brand's only remaining sedan is planned for the 2025 model year.

Chevy Malibu Pricing

For reference, here are the 2023 and 2024 Chevy Malibu starting MSRPs by trim level, including the $1,095 destination freight charge:

2023 Malibu

  • LS – $26,095
  • RS – $27,095
  • 1LT – $29,195
  • 2LT – $32,595

2024 Malibu

  • LS – $26,195
  • RS – $27,095
  • 1LT – $29,195
  • 2LT – $32,595

The 2023 Chevy Malibu ushers in a variety of important changes and updates compared to the 2022 Chevy Malibu. The biggest news is that the midsize sedan no longer offers the Premier trim level nor the turbocharged 2.0L I4 LTG gasoline engine that powered it, along with the GM nine-speed automatic transmission.

The 2024 Chevy Malibu will be offered as the ninth model year for the ninth-generation nameplate with just a handful of changes and updates over the 2023 model year. Pricing uncovered by GM Authority shows the base LS being the sole trim level to get a bump, and only $100 at that. Check out all the 2024 Malibu pricing with options.

In December we confirmed that GM is planning a next-generation, 2025 Chevy Malibu.

The online configurator tool is live for the 2023 Malibu.

Production of the 2024 Malibu has been pushed back to July 27th.

  1. Nine years is a long time to go without a significant reskin. Accord has worn three bodies over the last decade. Malibu handles well, is good quality, but needs a fresh inside and exterior to boost sales.

I have a feeling Chevy will replace Malibu with either an EV or sedan based SUV sport back. It’s a pity considering the latest evolution of Accord has a premium look and serves as a sort of flag ship with high residuals. K5 has a strong following, too. Not everyone wants a bulky CUV, and the end of Charger gives GM the opportunity to offer a E2XX long wheel base with sporty turbo charged dynamics

    1. Bet it’s an ICE sedan again. That’s what the rumor mill tells. Competition is evaporating and Malibu sales continue to do pretty well, so no reason for GM to abandon the current style.

  2. Nice, but a better incentive would be a larger engine and a real transmission!

  4. I only buy lightly used and there are a lot of reasonably priced Malibus on the market. Not as cheap as Sonata but way better product. Only problem is so many turn out to be former fleet.
I’d sooner take a Malibu than more expensive Corolla

  5. Looking for a red Malibu with the special paint 2023 or 2024 premier model brand new. Black leather seats with all the bells and whistles
