GM now offers three optional accent packages for the 2024 Cadillac XT6, including the Blue Accent Package, the Red Accent Package, and the Bronze Accent Package. Today, we’ll take a closer look at the Blue Accent Package (RPO code PDL) for Cadillac‘s luxury three-row crossover.
The Blue Accent Package is combined with the Crystal White Tricoat paint color (paint code G1W) in the images shown here, and is available with all seven exterior colors.
The Blue Accent Package is an LPO or dealer-installed option for the 2024 Cadillac XT6 that is priced at $2,995 and is available on the Sport trim level only. It includes the following elements (with RPO codes listed in parentheses):
- Blue body decal, LPO (SB9)
- Monochrome Cadillac emblems, LPO (SFZ)
- 20-inch Gloss Black wheels, LPO (S2K)
- Blue wheel center cap, LPO (5ZF)
- Black wheel lug nuts, LPO (SPY)
- Black wheel locks, LPO (SPZ)
- Tire Pressure Monitor, LPO (SD5)
The 20-inch Gloss Black wheels replace the Sport’s standard 20-inch 12-Spoke Diamond Cut alloy wheels with Dark Android Satin finish pockets (RPO code Q6N).
Notably, the Blue Accent Package can’t be combined with the Onyx Package (RPO code PDB) or the Onyx Lite Package (RPO code PCP), both normally optional for the XT6.
The 2024 Cadillac XT6 is the fifth model year of the crossover’s first generation and is not expected to introduce any major changes to exterior or interior design. Besides the addition of the three accent packages, the XT6 lost three exterior paint colors from the 2023 palette for the 2024 model year.
The discontinued colors include Latte Metallic (color code G5D), Rosewood Metallic (GCK), and Wilder Metallic (GED). All three were available on all 2023 Cadillac XT6 trim levels for an additional charge of $625.
Two new colors, Emerald Lake Metallic (G6I) and Midnight Sky Metallic (GXF) indirectly replace the three lost colors in the color lineup for the 2024 Cadillac XT6.
Production of the 2024 Cadillac XT6 crossover kicked off in June 2023, as GM Authority previously reported. Production for the North American market continues to take place at the GM Spring Hill plant in Tennessee, with the XT6 built on the GM C1 platform.
The 2024 Cadillac XT6 has three trim levels, including the base Luxury, the Premium Luxury, and the Sport, with both front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive offered. The XT6 online configurator is now live, enabling customers to try out different specs of the crossover.
