Refreshed 2024 Jeep Gladiator: Here Are The First Pictures

GM Authority spy photographers just caught the refreshed 2024 Jeep Gladiator parked and mostly camo-free, showing off some of the refreshed pickup’s latest changes. While the exterior incorporates only a few tweaks over the preceding 2024 model year, more extensive changes are expected for the cabin. When it launches, the 2024 Jeep Gladiator will be rivaled by the Chevy Colorado and GMC Canyon from the GM camp.

The refreshed 2024 Jeep Gladiator shows off its new nose.

Pre-refresh Jeep Gladiator

This particular 2024 Jeep Gladiator appears to be an example of the range-topping High Altitude model, and shows off a revised nose with a new front grille panel. The iconic vertical slats are set between a horizontal pattern and glossy outer trim, while the slats themselves include patterned inserts with oval air intakes. A pair of rounded headlights once again bookend the air intake slats.

The rest of the 2024 Jeep Gladiator’s exterior appears to be more or less unchanged compared to the 2023 model, at least as far as these photos reveal. That said, the interior of the refreshed pickup will introduce more significant changes.

Unfortunately, the dash and seats are hiding underneath heavy vinyl covers, obscuring any potential design changes. That said, we expect the 2024 Jeep Gladiator to adopt the same redesigned dashboard and expanded entertainment system screen on offer by the 2024 Jeep Wrangler. For reference, the 2024 Jeep Wrangler is equipped as standard with a 12.3-inch Uconnect 5 touchscreen radio, with a fully customizable home screen.

The 2024 Jeep Gladiator will also be equipped with new seats, as suggested by the camouflaged sitters seen here. Higher in the 2024 Jeep Gladiator lineup, the new seats are expected to offer power adjustments for added comfort.

Refreshed 2024 Jeep Gladiator

When it finally launches, the 2024 Jeep Gladiator will rival the Chevy Colorado pickup and GMC Canyon pickup, in particular the off-roading variants for both GM products.

  3. Gee such a change. It looks like a Jeep. What a great depart.

You have to admit Jeep has a good thing going. They are not great looking, they are not cheap, they are not well built or designed, they are selling yet today still with a death wobble.

That is a dream for any mfg as you can’t anything wrong as buyers create a life style that covers for all the faults.

    1. Jeep ownership is adult cosplay, its a car for people who don’t have the balance to ride a Harley……

      1. I’ve seen some impressive balancing by some of those fat guys on Harleys.

  4. I traded in my ct6 for one of these. Young kids are not meant for luxury but they absolutely love this vehicle. It’s fun to drive, bomb around town in. Long hauls not so much. I don’t really see this as a gmc canyon competitor. It’s a unique vehicle and the refresh is really topical if it follows the wrangler.

    1. It gets terrible Mpg , it’s not good ride on the highway . It’s really off road truck type of style . Does terrible on pavement that said is see them all the time . It competes with the bronco mainly not truck competitor

  5. Can’t see any difference on the exterior. I rented one of these a while ago in Orlando. Loudest, worst riding vehicle I have ever driven. Just a crazy stiff punishing ride. If you buy one of these I assume you are either a serious off roader or a masochist.

    1. All EV will be a disaster right now. Where are the charging stations to get to a getaway destination? Where are the charging stations at the getaway destination of grid? Nowhere to be found. And when you do, how much of your time are you going to sitting around charging the thing up.

    1. So you use two different sign-ons (Mike and Mike Ivan) and you signed on twice to send the same exact thing? Weird.

  8. They look so long and narrow. An extra cab with longer box would be nice. Keep has a huge following, either way.

  10. This without a doubt the ugliest vehicle on the road. Reminiscent of the VW Thing

    1. It’s just a Wrangler with a bed. The proportions aren’t great though.
You do know what a Wrangler is? The vehicle that outsells all of Cadillac (or Buick) on it’s own. The plugin version that outsells all of GM’s plugins. This truck even matches the Colorado sales.
So maybe you don’t like it, but they are basically printing money.

Hey, at least something they make sells.

  11. I’ve always thought These Jeep trucks look like the WWII military surplus trucks my grand dad used as work trucks on his 10, 000 acre farm. The differences are the rear over hang is worse for off roading and the proportions are off. It’s really just a weird looking imitation of the great work trucks from the 1940’s and pretty much the same in terms of mechanical tech and function.
I like the old 1950’s Chevy pickups or Dodge Power Wagons from the 1940’s way better. Hell the Power Wagon from the 40’s is more aerodynamic as well.
If I was going to buy a new truck, I want an actually well designed and engineered new truck not a new truck that drives worse and looks like a bad imitation of a classic old truck.
Just think what the Jeep engineers could do if they gave them free rein to do a clean slate Jeep. The poor guys are hand cuffed.
I used to have a 1959 Chevy Apache pickup with a 283 V8 and Muncie 4 speed that looked better, drove, performed and rode better. It was an exceptionally great truck.

  13. If this is a 24 Gladiator… why does it have an antenna on its pax side quarter panel… the 24 Wranglers now have integrated antennas in the windshield….
