The 2024 Cadillac XT6 ushers in the fifth model year for the current first-generation crossover, introducing only a few small updates and changes compared to the preceding 2023 model year. Among the changes is a new exterior paint options list, with a few fresh hues up for grabs. Now, GM Authority is taking a closer look at all of the 2024 Cadillac XT6 paint colors on offer.
As GM Authority covered last April, the 2024 Cadillac XT6 will no longer be available with three exterior paint options offered previously for the 2023 model year. That includes Latte Metallic (paint code G5D), Rosewood Metallic (paint code GCK), and Wilder Metallic (paint code GED), all of which were deleted from the paint options list for the 2024 model year. In their stead, two new hues will be added as replacements, with Emerald Lake Metallic (paint code G6I) and Midnight Sky Metallic (paint code GXF) joining the list for the 2024 model year.
With these changes, a total of seven paint options will be available for the 2024 Cadillac XT6:
- Argent Silver Metallic
- Crystal White Tricoat
- Emerald Lake Metallic
- Midnight Sky Metallic
- Opulent Blue Metallic
- Radiant Red Metallic
- Stellar Black Metallic
All seven paint options are available across the 2024 Cadillac XT6 trim level lineup. Argent Silver is the only paint option available at no extra charge. Meanwhile, Crystal White and Radiant Red both cost an extra $1,225, while the rest of the colors are an extra $625.
It was originally believed that the 2024 Cadillac XT6 would introduce a mid-cycle refresh, however, new information later came to light that this would in fact not be the case. Looking ahead, the start of regular production (SORP) for the 2024 Cadillac XT6 kicks off this month at the GM Spring Hill plant in Tennessee.
Powertrain options include the turbocharged 2.0L I4 LSY gasoline engine and the naturally aspirated 3.6L V6 LGX gasoline engine, while the GM C1 platform provides the underpinnings.
