2024 Chevy Silverado High Country Announced In Brazil

Following the first public appearance of the iconic pickup in the country during a special episode of the 2023 Big Brother Brazil reality show, General Motors has just announced the 2024 Chevy Silverado High Country in Brazil.

The automaker will continue to strengthen Chevrolet’s pickup portfolio in Brazil while pursuing its aggressive product push in the segment with the 2024 Chevy Silverado High Country, the range-topping trim level that represents the highest level of sophistication and refinement for the nameplate. which returns to the South American country after more than twenty years of absence.

“Silverado debuts at Brazil’s Chevrolet dealerships until the end of 2023 in the High Country version, designed for those who demand the utmost in performance, sophistication and technology,” said Executive Director of Marketing at GM South America, Chris Rego, in a statement.

In particular, the 2024 Chevy Silverado High Country will be the brand’s third addition to the Brazilian pickup category during 2023 after the successful launch of the all-new Chevy Montana earlier in the year, and the recent addition of the 2024 Chevy S10 Midnight to the range of trucks offered by Chevrolet in the country. The 2024 Silverado will represent the brand’s largest pickup in the Brazilian market.

As exclusively highlighted by GM Authority in our previous report, GM Brazil confirms that the 2024 Chevy Silverado High Country will be sold with a configuration unique to South America’s largest country that includes a new wheel design and specific rearview mirrors, sourced from the North American Chevy Silverado HD variant, to comply with local legislation. There is no specific information on the powertrain of the 2024 Silverado for Brazil yet.

The 2024 Chevy Silverado High Country will be officially launched in Brazil during the last quarter of this year, with the strategic role of strengthening the brand’s image in the pickup category, one of the most important in the country and which already represents almost twenty percent of the entire market.

  1. I have a 23 High Country and I must say that GM did a great job with the build of this truck. I only wish they had a midnight addition when I bought mine.
