This 2023 Chevy Blazer Interior Color Is No Longer Available To Order

An interior colorway for the 2023 Chevy Blazer is under constraint and is no longer available to order, GM Authority has learned from sources familiar with the matter.

The Jet Black/Medium Ash Gray interior colorway (color code HXB) is no longer available for the 2023 model year, and will be built out following the week of May 29th, 2023.

The Jet Black/Medium Ash Gray colorway was offered as one of two interior options for the base 2023 Chevy Blazer 2LT trim with the Premium cloth interior. It could be chosen in conjunction with all available exterior paint colors. Now that it is unavailable, the Jet Black interior is the only remaining colorway for the 2LT trim level.

Several other options for the 2023 Chevy Blazer are also currently under constraint. The crossover is currently unavailable to order with the Nitro Yellow Metallic paint option (paint code GCP), ordinarily available exclusively on the RS trim levels for an additional $395. Nitro Yellow Metallic may become available again sometime in May 2023.

Blue Glow Metallic (paint code GHT) is also currently under constraint and unavailable to order on the 2023 Chevy Blazer. Unlike Nitro Yellow Metallic, Blue Glow Metallic has been built out for the remainder of the 2023 model year. When available, it was offered on the 2LT, 3LT and Premier trim levels at no extra charge.

Since the 2023 Chevy Blazer introduced the mid-cycle refresh for the nameplate’s third generation, the 2024 model year will include only modest updates. The upcoming 2024 Chevy Blazer has its start of regular production (SORP) scheduled for July 10th, 2023, two days after production of the 2023 model year ceases.

As a reminder, the Chevy Blazer is motivated by one of two available powerplants. The turbocharged 2.0L LSY I4 gasoline engine, rated at 228 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque, is standard on 2LT, 3LT and Premier trims. The naturally aspirated 3.6L LGX V6 gasoline engine, developing 308 horsepower and 270 pound-feet of torque, is standard on the RS trim and optionally available on the 3LT and Premier trims.

Both engines are paired with the GM nine-speed automatic transmission, while front-wheel drive is standard and AWD is optional. Under the body panels, the 2023 Chevy Blazer rides on the GM C1 platform. Production takes place at the GM Ramos Arizpe plant in Mexico.
