The big news for 2023 is the debut of the first-ever 2023 GMC Sierra AT4X AEV Edition as the most off-road-capable factory Sierra 1500 ever.
For 2024, the GMC Sierra 2.7L engine will be called TurboMax. Additionally, the 2024 Sierra AT4X will offer the LZ0 Duramax diesel engine to provide more low-end torque while off-roading, joining the naturally aspirated 6.2L V8 L87 gasoline engine for available powerplants.
The online configurator tool is now live for the 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 and for the 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4X trim and AT4X AEV Edition. The online configurator tool is still live for the refreshed 2022 Sierra.

Great, that will barely offset the mandatory 3 year OnStar subscription that GMC includes now.
Great, if you want a 4 banger in a full-size truck. GM keeps pushing what they want to build not what customers want. You can’t find a truck on the dealer’s lot in Phoenix Az anyway, so this great offer is really not anything. GM Motors get a clue…
Gm keeps posting all this great news, but if you read between the line’s things are not good. Look at the sales.!.
