In April 2023, Chevy Express discount offers remain unavailable on the 2023 Chevy Express full-size cargo and passenger van. Any incentives ended with the 2022 Chevy Express, which is no longer available to order.
Chevy Express Discount Offers
There are no Chevy Express discount offers during the month of April, and no special financing or lease incentives either. The Bow Tie brand is referring customers to its dealerships for more details on purchase and finance options for the Express.
Chevy Express Pricing
For reference, here are the 2023 Chevy Express configurations, trim levels, and their corresponding starting MSRPs are as follows, $1,795 destination freight charge included:
Passenger Van
- LS – $44,095
- LT – $46,195
Cargo Van
- Work Van – $39,895
The 2023 Chevy Express represents the 20th model year of the nameplate. For the 2023 model year, the Express and the GMC Savana, its corporate twin, continue with minimal changes, although both dropped the optional 2.8L I4 LWN turbo-diesel Duramax engine.
While the Express and Savana were thought to be discontinued after the 2025 model year, GM now plans to redesign the Chevy Express for the 2027 model year, keeping the ICE powertrain.

What are the Models, Engine Selection, Interior Selection
Most of GMC dealers have some used Express, they purchased in auction, selling for price of new one.
Getting more money from this transaction.
There is no pressure on automaker from them.
Basically controlled rip off, same as most used car dealers.
Wanted to buy new 2023 6cyl. Express cargo van , But coming to find out how hard it really is. What’s up with chevy ,gmc, company that they are so guarded with there new vehicles. No discounts, no incentives, price hikes. Trying to get me to buy used with high mileage for same price as new .guess I’ll be shopping at ford.
