2024 Buick Envista Announced In Canada

GM has announced the upcoming debut of the 2024 Buick Envista in Canada, giving the approximate arrival date of the Tri-Shield’s small premium crossover north of the U.S. border.

Buick Canada’s website now also details standard and optional features for the Canadian model of the 2024 Buick Envista.

The 2024 Buick Envista is scheduled to be available in Canada in the summer of this year, with online building and ordering opening for Canadian customers sometime with the next several months. The same three trim levels will be offered in Canada as in the U.S., including Preferred, Sport Touring (ST), and range-topping Avenir trim.

Differences in standard features on the Canadian and U.S. versions of the 2024 Buick Envista focus on needs of passenger comfort in the colder climate of Canada along with some variation in safety equipment.

Heated front seats and a heated steering wheel are standard on all 2024 Buick Envista trims in Canada, including the base Preferred trim level. By contrast, heated front seats are standard only on the Avenir trim and are an extra-charge option on the other trims for U.S. vehicles. Additionally, in Canada, Rainsense front wipers are optional on the Sport Touring trim and standard for the Avenir (optional across all U.S. trims, but standard on none).

For the Canadian configuration of the 2024 Buick Envista, Lane Change Alert with Side Blind Zone Alert, the Rear Cross Traffic Alert feature, and Adaptive Cruise Control are standard on all trim levels. These features are optional only on all U.S. trims.

The 2024 Buick Envista includes a long wheelbase, a crossover coupe roofline, a sleek profile, and LED checkmark lamps borrowed from the Buick Wildcat EV concept. The Sport Touring trim rides on exclusive high-gloss black 18-inch wheels as standard, while the standard wheels for the Avenir trim level are Pearl Nickel 19-inch aluminum wheels.

In the cabin, occupants interface with control menus and gain information from 19 diagonal inches of combined LCD screens, including an 11-inch diagonal infotainment screen. The 2024 Buick Envista offers more legroom than any previous small Buick crossover model, while cargo space amounts to 20.7 cubic feet of room behind the rear seat and 42 cubic feet of room with the rear seats folded down.

For motivation, the 2024 Buick Envista sports the turbocharged 1.2L I3 LIH gasoline engine, which produces 136 horsepower and 162 pound-feet of torque.

Pricing has not yet been released in Canada for the 2024 Buick Envista. For comparison, the crossover starts at $23,495 in the U.S., destination freight charge included.

  7. It is made in Korea, not China. Also, sorry to break it to ya but almost everything you use in your daily life is “Made in China”, including your most used item: Phone. I am not Chinese nor a fan but it is reality, also an old clichee, they make quality products.
