Here’s A Glimpse Of The Refreshed 2024 GMC Yukon Interior

General Motors is set to refresh its full-size SUV lineup for the 2024 model year, including the 2024 GMC Yukon. Now, GM Authority spy photographers have captured new spy photos of the refreshed 2024 GMC Yukon interior.

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen the refreshed 2024 GMC Yukon out and about undergoing testing as a prototype. It is, however, the first time we’ve caught a glimpse of the refreshed 2024 GMC Yukon interior.

Although it’s a tricky to make out, these 2024 GMC Yukon interior spy photos show us a large central infotainment screen, as well as multi-spoke steering wheel with thumb-length hard button controls. We also spot a right-hand steering wheel stalk with a chromed outer button.

According to GM Authority sources, the cockpit in the refreshed 2024 GMC Yukon will be similar in layout to that of the current GMC Sierra 1500, which was recently refreshed for the 2022.5 model year. That said, the infotainment layout in the refreshed 2024 GMC Yukon will incorporate screens that will appear to stretch out from the instrument cluster into the center stack in a single, continuous shape.

Per previous GM Authority coverage, the refreshed 2024 GMC Yukon will also introduce new 24-inch wheel options, offering a significant upgrade over the 22-inchers on offer with the current model. The rest of GM’s refreshed full-size SUV lineup will also offer 24-inch alloy wheels.

Further updates to the GMC Yukon’s exterior will include a new design for the front fascia with a broad grille and reshaped lighting, as well as C-shaped lighting signatures and central, vertically oriented lighting elements, somewhat similar to the refreshed GMC Sierra and possibly the GMC Sierra EV. Also expect new fog lights and a reshaped roof fin antenna, as well as updates to the tail of the SUV with a reshaped rear fascia and new LED taillights.

  1. Looks like the Sierra EV interior to me. It would make sense with the Tahoe seemingly matching the Silverado EV interior.

  2. The current Yukon and Denali have different interior layouts so this could be the Denali version refresh instead but hard to tell based on these pics. The regular Yukon will have an enhance interior layout different from Denali I reckon.

  3. Why would you consider 24” wheels a significant upgrade?

  4. Big deal. A lot of money for fluff and nonsense. Why bother, when they can’t even get basic work trucks into the hands of their business customers? 🤷

  5. The more electronic garbage they add to these vehicles. The higher the price tag jumps and the more headaches one has in 3-5 years down the road of ownership. Frankly, I don’t know how people do it. My wife and I make very good money, and I wouldn’t even blink an eye at paying $80K to $100K for a Tahoe/Yukon/Suburban. My wife’s 2021 Traverse Redline was $48K out the door. So realistically I could have bought TWO of them instead of a fully loaded Yukon/Tahoe….outright stupidity!

There are people in this country who pay over $1000K a month for a vehicle. Some closer to $1500/month. One could have had a nice home for those monthly payments when interest rates were lower a year or two ago. Just a lot of foolish individuals!

    1. Calling everyone “stupid” because they don’t have any choice but to may these manufacturer’s outrageous prices and stealership markups. Nice. 🙄

      1. So I’m stupid because a $1500/Month car payment isnt a big deal for me?

        1. While I agree the judgment is misplaced, it’s almost impossible to argue his point that there are very few financial decisions worse than a 1000 dollar car pmt whether it can be afforded or not. But, to each their own I say.

    2. We all don’t like to drive a Traverse. Fine for you but others prefer a LOT more vehicle.

  7. 24” wheel an upgrade? No! It’s cheesy bling bling that looks gaudy, and terrible for ride comfort and terrible for off-road or potholes etc. The exaggerated large wheel sizes these days is a major turn-off.

  8. I have a 2021 Yukon AT4, 17,000 miles. Currently back at the dealership for a problem “not found”. Periodically, during acceleration, the car jerks forward, almost stalling. You press the gas but the car isn’t going anywhere, and NO dashboard lights appear as if there is an issue. You’re stuck in the middle of the road for a split few seconds until the car regains power. Sounds like a faulty fuel pump like others have also complained about on the web, but the dealership didn’t care to hear that. Brought it to the dealership yesterday & got the call today, “unfortunately, we can’t find a problem with the car, and it won’t act up for us”. Unfortunately, the issue has happened multiple times. I called Mastria once before and they told me “The cars are known for doing that and it’s probably because of the cold” Well guess what! 30-degree weather and 70-degree weather, it happened, and now they want to return the car back to me with nothing fixed on it. So frustrating for an $80,000 car!

    1. I have had so many problems w my 2021 Yukon I am selling it. When it rains and I have to leave it outside, water comes in through the seatbelts and the ceiling buttons in the front. They somehow can’t “reproduce” it at the dealer so I am stuck with a mold infested leaky car and I live in Seattle! Bah. Frustrated is right!

      1. The problem is that you live in Seattle.

  9. Ultimate GMC YUKON DENALI – The dash must compete with the Cadillac escalate / UP GRADE LED LIGHTING SYSTEM like Mercedes Benz and flat folding seats …PUT ULTIMATE IN THE ULTIMATE LUXURY INTERIOR….FOR THE MONEY ….THIS IS A MUST

  10. I own a 2021 Yukon Denali. It’s been a pretty good riding truck so far – 24,000 miles in. Gas mileage is less than I expected with the larger engine – I should have gone with the 5.3 liter instead of the 6.2.

Also the Apple Car play stinks in this vehicle, whether wired or Bluetooth. Drops out all the time. Tons of room, drives well and no other major complaints.

    1. One can get better gas mileage with the 6.2 if you keep your lead foot off the accellerator. Fuel injector cleaner a must periodically…. Royal Purple Oil a must for better gas mileage and lubricated lifters. Keep it in four cylinder mode by driving it like an old lady. do not excede 76 mph. Top Tier gas only . I have 211,000 on my 2017 Yukon XL Denali. Transmissions suck 8L90 and 10 speed, cheap torque converters that fail.
Need to not excede 50K miles before fully changing trans oil and every 50 afterward. The 6.2 with Royal Purple from 5000 miles a must to help keep the engine VVT bullet proof. Lifter noise is non existant on mine at 211,000 because of it . Burns 1/3 of a quart of oil every oil change. You can get 29 mpg with a 17 6.2 liter motor straight and level at sea level. 🙂

  12. The infotainment display, center dash, appears to look like the base model from last year, a tablet set on the dash. Looks terrible! The built in on the Denali last year is way classier

  13. Will the 2024 Yukon Denali Ultimate offer more leather color options? Currently only one option being the brown leather with topography map. I really want to see multiple leather color options for 2024!

Also hoping to see the bigger (12.3″ connected infotainment screen as shown in the above spec pic)
