Chevy Colorado Pricing

For reference, here are the 2022 and 2023 Chevy Colorado trim levels along with their corresponding starting MSRPs, including the $1,495 destination charge:

2022 Colorado

  • WT – $28,105
  • LT – $30,430
  • Z71 – $38,995
  • ZR2 – $45,095
  • ZR2 Bison – $50,845

2023 Colorado

  • WT – $30,695
  • LT – $33,095
  • Trail Boss – $38,495
  • Z71 – $41,395
  • ZR2 – $48,295
  • ZR2 Desert Boss – $57,590

One of the biggest changes for the 2022 Colorado was the addition of the new Trail Boss package, bringing some added capability to the Colorado LT and Z71 trim levels and bridges the gap to the ultra-capable Colorado ZR2 variant. However, the 2022 Colorado Trail Boss package proved so popular it was already built out for the model year in late 2021.

The 2022 Chevy Colorado was among the top-rated vehicles in a recent side crash test conducted by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS), returning a “Good” Overall rating.

The all-new 2023 Chevy Colorado was revealed last summer, featuring a new powertrain and plenty of on-board technology in a totally revised cabin. It is packaged in a redesigned body riding on a platform that is more off-road capable across the line. The new truck is available in five trim levels – WT, LT, Z71, ZR2 with or without the new Desert Boss package, and the first-ever Trail Boss, which was formerly offered as a package on some model years, as noted above. The 2023 Colorado also gets a new StowFlex Tailgate along with new wheel designs of to 22 inches.

The 2024 Chevy Colorado ZR2 Bison has already been spied testing on public roads. Originally debuting for the 2019 model year, the Bison takes the off-road-ready Chevy Colorado ZR2 to new heights of capability, throwing in a variety of improvements thanks to a collaboration with aftermarket manufacturer American Expedition Vehicles (AEV).

Pricing information for all trim levels of the 2023 Chevy Colorado is now available. The 2023 Colorado has a starting MSRP of $30,695 for the WT 2WD trim, including the $1,495 destination freight charge. Meanwhile, the range-topping ZR2 Desert Boss model starts at $57,590.

The 2023 Chevy Colorado is scheduled to hit production at the GM Wentzville plant in Missouri on January 25th, 2023, though production of the 2023 Chevy Colorado ZR2 will kick off later in April. The online configurator tool is now live for the 2023 Colorado, and still live for the 2022 Colorado.

  1. How can you take delivery by 1-31-23 when I can’t get any dealer to assure me to get a Z71 before April 2023? I have been trying to get a dealer to work with be for over 3 months. They keep telling me I can only get what they are being allocated and I can’t get my choice till after April. They won’t consider a trade now. They want me to take a 2022. No way.

    1. These offers are for 2022s only. There will be no offers on the all new 2023 for quite a while.

    2. My dealer told me I can order a 2023 trailboss and expect it to be built and delivered around March or April. They also have 3 trailbosses ordered for March delivery, 1 being basically the build I want. If you can’t get this kind of info from your dealer then you need a better dealer.

  2. I want to buy a 2023trailboss and I would love to get the 2.99 percent financing on it but they aren’t even going to start building them until 1-25 2023 so there is no way to make that work unless Gmail extends the financing rate.

  3. If you go to Chevys website, it clearly stipulates the 2.99% financing is good on 2022 Colorado models only. The 2023 model will not be available prior to 1/31/23 and likely won’t have any special offers for the first few months of availability.

Additionally posting the pics of the 2023 Colorado is completely deceiving in this article and should be corrected.

This really is misreporting the information.

  4. Incorrect advertising at its best here… Better chanching by going by a dealer lot.

  5. To everyone ordering a 2023, this is not an article for you. This is for 2022s only. If you have or will placed an order for a 2023, be prepared to wait a minimum of 3 months regardless of the model. I have an order for a ZR2 in at the dealer and would be impressed seeing my truck before October, assuming the order even gets accepted. Your chances are better for a LT, TB or Z71 though.
