The 2023 Cadillac XT4 debuts with just a few updates and changes over the preceding 2022 model year.

A mid-cycle refresh initially expected for the 2023 model year was delayed another year, but is finally on the way as the upcoming 2024 Cadillac XT4, which was initially spied testing last June.

Starting on the exterior, the 2024 XT4 will receive a revised front fascia and new lighting arrangement. This updated lighting will include horizontal elements that form the headlights, as well as a vertical string of lights. Out back, the rear fascia was given a more modest revision, with the 2024 XT4 taillights receive a slight alteration. The overall design follows Cadillac’s latest design language, and a similar scheme can be seen on the 2023 Cadillac Lyriq.

Moving to the interior, the 2024 XT4 gets a huge screen, plus the vaunted GM Super Cruise semi-autonomous driver assist system for the first time ever. A closer look at the 2024 XT4 interior reveals a digital instrument panel and infotainment screen that is large enough to stretch across the vehicle’s dashboard. This warrants a redesign of the dashboard, which means that the center stack air vents are now located lower than before, positioned below the infotainment screen. Additionally, the steering wheel design will be altered, and includes larger chrome accenting.

Our spies also caught a first look at the upcoming 2024 Cadillac XT4 Luxury this past October and again last month.

The 2023 Cadillac XT4 entered production at the GM Fairfax Assembly plant in Kansas City, Kansas, on June 10th, 2022. The online configurator tool is now live for the 2023 XT4.

Production of the refreshed 2024 Cadillac XT4 is currently scheduled for April 24th, 2023.
