It’s worth noting that select units of the Suburban and Traverse currently have several other retrofits available. For the Suburban, these retrofits include the heated front seats (RPO KA1), ventilated front seats (RPO KQV), heated rear outboard seats (RPO KA6). In the meantime, the Traverse has its own retrofit for heated seats, as well as for hood insulation.
As a reminder, the Chevy Suburban rides on the GM T1 platform and is manufactured at the GM Arlington plant in Texas. Meanwhile, the Chevy Traverse utilizes the long-wheelbase variant of the GM C1 platform, while production taking place at the GM Lansing Delta Township plant in Michigan.
