The 2021 GMC Yukon represents a complete overhaul (re-engineering and redesign) of the flagship SUV, representing the fifth generation of the Yukon nameplate. That includes an entirely new exterior and interior design, new trim levels, and new powertrain options. The 2022 GMC Yukon adds GM’s Buckle to Drive feature, a fully digital 12.3-inch driver instrument panel, standard Lane Keep Assist and Lane Departure Warning, and alloy wheel design changes, while the Yukon AT4 is now available with GM’s 6.2L V8 L87 engine. Even with the new digital driver instrument panel, the Yukon still features two interior designs, differentiating the Denali model from the rest of the lineup.
GM earlier this year introduced a new range-topping 2023 GMC Yukon Denali Ultimate as “the most premium Yukon ever offered.”
A small price increase was applied to the 2023 GMC Yukon lineup, with GM raising the MSRP of the full-size SUV by $500 across the board. In addition, a mandatory three-year OnStar and Connected Services plan has been added to all Yukon trim levels, with the price ranging from $905 to $1,500. The 2023 Yukon received another price increase in September, ranging from $800 to $1,400 depending on trim level.
Production of the 2023 GMC Yukon kicked kick off at the GM Arlington plant in Texas on July 18th, 2022. The online configurator tool is now live for the 2023 Yukon.

Bought new 2019 you can XLT listed for 70,000 some odd dollars bought for 63,000 after all discounts always had serviced at GM dealer April of this year planning to buy a new one check engine light came on took in charged us $200 because it wasn’t covered under the warranty drove it for five days light came back on took it back to the dealer they said it needed a motor we have been walking and making payments ever since tried to buy a new one No one can say anything but retail price don’t want our old one what does a guy to do stop
GM dealers have become the “poster child” for rip off artist. Drove and hour to buy an 2023 AT4 after talking to a sales guy about trade in and price. Got to the dealership, was ok with the price and how we would handle the trade in. (Deal was cash and trade with no debt) Salesman went to get approval for the deal and they came back and said they didn’t want to deal with a trade in and raised the price 3k above sticker. Having bought 10 GMC products over the last 15 years one would think they would not be so caviler about spitting on existing customers.
Easy to see why dealers will ultimately disappear.
In 2 or 3 years when the chips are plentiful the dealers will be screaming for customers and offering big discounts. Tell them all to go to heck I’m buying used. I have bought 20 cars over the years . From multiple different dealers and makes and not one salesman as ever called me up or send me a thank you for Christmas card. They all suck
