The 2022 GMC Acadia received a bevy of changes, including the deletion of the base SL, with the SLE now being the entry-level trim. In addition, the 2.5L four-cylinder LCV engine has been ditched in the Acadia, and so did the five-passenger seating option that was previously available on the Acadia AT4 trim.
The 2023 GMC Acadia arrives with minimal changes over the previous year. In addition, a mandatory $1,500 three-year OnStar and Connected Services plan has been added to all Acadia trim levels. On top of that was an initial $200 price increase and a more recent $300 bump.
Production of the 2023 GMC Acadia started at the GM Spring Hill plant in Tennessee on June 10th, 2022. The online configurator tool is now live for the 2023 Acadia.

About the only positive change they made was making the 2.0T engine std. Everything else is a waste such as eliminating the leather wheel on the now base SLE, making all versions with the cramped 3rd row seat which adds weight and kills cargo capacity if used, forcing you up to a higher priced leather seat model to get a V6 and of course the worst one of all- the 1500 forced price gouge that is now mandatory on all the GMC lines.
