In November 2022, a Cadillac XT5 discount offers $1,000 off when purchasing the 2022 XT5 and 2023 XT5, and $500 off when taking advantage of low-interest financing.

Additionally, the luxury marque offers a national lease on the 2022 XT5 FWD Luxury for $469 per month for 39 months, and on the 2023 XT5 FWD Luxury for $479 per month for 39 months, for current lessees of a 2017 model year or newer vehicle. Also, a $2,250 lease incentive is available on any 2023 XT5 for current lessees of a 2017 model year or newer vehicle.

There were minor changes between the 2021 and 2022 model years of the luxury crossover. The 2023 Cadillac XT5 gets paint color changes, while the Cadillac User Experience infotainment with embedded navigation and the Bose Performance 14-speaker sound system are now standard on Premium Luxury and Sport trim levels.

The Cadillac XT5 luxury crossover was introduced for the 2017 model year, with a model refresh following for the 2020 model year. GM was originally slated to introduce a full model overhaul for the 2023 model year, but now, the second-generation Cadillac XT5 has been delayed, and as a result, the current model will soldier on without a redesign for the 2023 model year.

Production of the 2023 Cadillac XT5 began on June 10^th, 2022, at the GM Spring Hill plant in Tennessee, the same facility that produces the Cadillac XT6, GMC Acadia, and Cadillac Lyriq EV crossovers. The online configurator tool is now live for the 2023 XT5.
