In November 2022, a Cadillac CT4 discount offers up to $1,000 cash back in select regions when leasing 2022 CT4 models, including the 2022 Cadillac CT4-V, and 2023 CT4 models, including the 2023 Cadillac CT4-V.
Low-interest financing for up to 60 months is available as well on both the 2022 and 2023 Cadillac CT4.
The above offers do not apply to the high-performance 2022 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing or 2023 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing, but local market leases are available.
In addition, the luxury marque offers a competitive national lease for $419 per month for 36 months on the 2022 CT4 RWD Premium Luxury model for current lessees of a 2017 model year or newer vehicle.

New for the 2022 model year is the 2022 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing model, introduced as the ultimate high-performance version of the Cadillac CT4-V model, along with minor changes and updates for other trim levels. With regard to trim levels, there are three non-V variants for the 2023 Cadillac CT4, including Luxury, Premium Luxury, and Sport.
The 2023 Cadillac CT4 arrives with just a handful of changes and updates over the 2022 model, including getting the Driver Assist Package as standard and the addition of a Bronze Accent Package on the CT4 as well as on the CT4-V. However, the 2023 CT4 loses the Diamond Sky Special Edition Package.
Notable changes for the 2023 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing are the addition of a new standard vehicle wrap as an alternative to the available enclosed shipping carrier option and the debut of new Track Editions. They are offered in three different iterations, each named after a U.S. race track including the Watkins Glen IMSA Edition, the Sebring IMSA Edition, and the Road Atlanta IMSA Edition.
The Cadillac CT4 rides on the GM Alpha 2 platform, with the Luxury, Premium Luxury, and Sport trims powered by the turbocharged 2.0L I4 LSY gasoline engine. It is rated at 237 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque and connects to the GM eight-speed automatic transmission. The turbocharged 2.7L I4 L3B is an option on the Premium Luxury, rated at 310 horsepower and 350 pound-feet of torque, and standard on the CT4-V with 325 horsepower and 380 pound-feet, connecting to the GM 10-speed automatic transmission in both cases. All these variants are available in both rear-wheel drive and optional all-wheel drive configurations.
The Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing runs the twin-turbocharged 3.6L V6 LF4 gasoline engine, rated at 472 horsepower and 445 pound-feet of torque. The GM six-speed manual transmission is standard, while the 10-speed auto is optional – both exclusively feeding the rear wheels.
Production of the 2023 Cadillac CT4 began at the GM Lansing Grand River plant in Michigan on July 18th, 2022. The online configurator tool is now live for the 2023 CT4 and for the CT4-V and CT4-V Blackwing.
