C8 Corvette Stingray customers interested in adding a little Z06 style to their mid-engine supercar can do exactly that with these new side rockers from ACS Composite.
These new Z06-style side rockers give the profile of the C8 Corvette Stingray a custom appearance that includes the subtlety of a factory piece, but via an aftermarket source. As ACS Composite points out, these new rockers are similar to those included with the Stingray’s Z51 Performance package. However, unlike the Z51 package components, the ACS Composite Z06-style rockers include a wider “peak” around the front of the piece, protruding out an extra 2 inches for a dash of extra aggression.
The rockers are three-quarter length components, which means they do not stretch wheel-to-wheel along the flanks of the C8 Corvette Stingray. Nevertheless, ACS Composite says the pieces still offer some decent rock chip protection for the sports car’s side panels.
The new Z06-style rockers are made from ACS Composite’s proprietary PC Composite material, offering both high strength and thermal stability compared to ABS plastic. The pieces fit 2020-and-above model years for the C8 Corvette Stingray, and are produced via metal mold injection for exact fitment and easy installation. Speaking of installation, these pieces are fitted using double-sided tape and rivets. Instructions are provided with purchase.
The Z06-style rockers are finished in Carbon Flash Metallic Black to match the rest of the C8 Corvette Stingray trim pieces, including the grille, side intake trim, and rear diffuser.
These new Z06-style rocker components are currently listed for sale on the ACS Composite website and priced at $749 for a pair. The company is offering free shipping, with orders set to begin heading out to customers on November 14th.
As a reminder, the C8 Corvette Stingray features the naturally aspirated 6.2L V8 LT2 gasoline engine and rides on the GM Y2 platform. Vehicle production takes place at the GM Bowling Green plant in Kentucky.

drilling holes did not appeal to me, so the previous Stingray versions were not for me.
but i wanted the protection. second part was price, in the beginning these were simply too much money.
but these are under $1000 and attached without drilling.
so good, but they do not go all the way back, not good.
