Just yesterday, GM Authority brought you exclusive coverage on the 2024 Buick Encore GX refresh, reporting that the upcoming mid-cycle update was set to debut a new range-topping Avenir trim level. Now, GM Authority is back at it to bring you further exclusive details on the refreshed 2024 Buick Encore GX.

Current Buick Encore GX
According to sources familiar with the matter, the refreshed 2024 Buick Encore GX will debut a reworked fascia with a two-tier lighting arrangement. The new lighting will incorporate slim daytime running lights high in the fascia and forward-facing projector headlamps mounted lower in the fascia, a similar setup as those seen across multiple modern GM vehicles.
The new front end will feature a restyled grille to complement the updated lighting, while the refreshed 2024 Buick Encore GX will also offer new alloy wheel designs. The rear end will incorporate a few styling changes as well. The mid-cycle refresh will introduce further changes in the cabin. To note, the refreshed 2024 Buick Encore GX is currently under development in China.

In addition to new styling, new lighting, and a few changes to the cabin, the refreshed 2024 Buick Encore GX will also debut a new range-topping Avenir trim level, as GM Authority exclusively covered yesterday. To help it standout from the rest of the lineup, the upcoming Encore GX Avenir will feature a premium grille and 18-inch multi-spoke alloy wheels, as well as upgraded leather seating and a range of infotainment and driver assist features normally offered as optional with the current range-topping Essence trim level. Make sure to check out yesterday’s coverage for more information.

Thank you for the story. Looking forward to seeing a photo without camo.
I’ll be purchasing this! Gonna trade in my current ’21 Encore GX
Steven, you do know that this is the last year for the Encore. It sounds like your 2021 is meeting your needs. Best of luck.
Wrong, this isn’t the last year of the Encore GX.
What you are referring to is the regular Encore, which yes the 22 model was the last one but the Encore GX will continue.
This Avenir 2024 surely looks almost the same as the current 2022-3 Encore GX ST not much change ,at all except for the chrome Avenir side door emblems !
What are you talking about? The GX pictured isn’t the Avenir. It’s the current model, even says so beneath the pictures..
The article only talks about the changes and what to expect.
Steve ,Your right ,I missed the vote under the picture but I’d not a normal
Preferred ,Select ,or Essence it is an ST option vehicle with painted side lower molding that are normally black ,same on the grille surround and minus regular chrome Moldings on the frt. and rear fascia’s !
Like what I see, the current model is on my radar, I really don’t see enough changes to warrant waiting. It’s been ten years since we traded cars.
The pictures are of the CURRENT Encore GX, not the forthcoming 2024 model.
