Chevy Suburban RST Riding On Vossen HF6-5 Wheels

The latest twelfth-generation Chevy Suburban brings a commanding road presence wherever it goes, but with just a few choice upgrades, this iconic full-size SUV looks even more impressive. Such is the case for this particular example rolling out on a set of Vossen HF6-5 wheels.

Let’s start with the wheels. In the corners, those Vossen HF6-5 wheels are sized at an impressive 24 inches in diameter, which fills the wheel wells nicely, especially with the Chevy Suburban body lowered thanks to new suspension upgrades. Unfortunately, no information is provided with regard to components used in achieving the drop, but it’s certainly substantial, placing the full-size SUV right on top of the upgraded aftermarket wheels.

Wheel width is set at 10 inches, while the rollers are finished in Satin Black. Further wheel finishes on offer include Tinted Gloss Black, Gloss Black, Matte Gunmetal, and Silver Polished, while wheel sizing ranges between 20 inches to 24 inches in diameter, and 9.5 inches to 10 inches in width. Pricing starts at $649 per wheel.

The Satin Black finish for the new Vossen wheels is complemented by a variety of black exterior touches, starting with the Black paint and a dark window tint for every bit of glass. The black grille also plays well with the theme, as do the inner black housings for the LED headlights.

This particular example is the RST trim level, which adds in things like black roof-mounted side rails, black assist steps, body-color door handles, and body-colored power outside mirrors. We also notice a black finish for the window surrounds, and a black finish for the badging in the doors and the rear hatch.

As a reminder, the twelfth-generation Chevy Suburban is offered with three engine options, including the naturally aspirated 5.3L V8 L84 gasoline engine, the naturally aspirated 6.2L V8 L87 gasoline engine, and 3.0L I6 LM2 turbodiesel Duramax engine. Under the skin is the GM T1 platform, while production takes place at the GM Arlington plant in Texas.
