Chevy MyWay Live Tour Now Available Online

Chevy customers can now take advantage of the Chevy MyWay live shopping tool after the American automaker first announced the service in January of 2021.

Just like Cadillac Live, which launched in the U.S. back in 2019, Chevy MyWay will allow prospective customers to book an  appointment to receive a free guided tour of a new Chevy vehicle of their choice from a knowledgeable product specialist thanks to its “1:1 Studio.” The brand rep will be able to answer the customer’s questions with regard to the vehicle and show and demonstrate specific features, but the one-way video feed means the customer won’t have to show their face. All reps will also be equipped with a headset mic and a handheld camera gimbal.

Chevy MyWay will also include a “1:ManyStudio” feature that will allow a number of Chevy customers to sign up for a group tour of the studio. Additionally, this will allow Chevy fans to attend virtual online product presentations, future product reveals and seminars with high-ranking GM employees. There will also be a Virtual Auto Show feature, which allows people to easily click through and look at all the latest vehicles in Chevy’s product lineup and learn more about them. Chevy is also booking tours specifically for the 2024 Chevy Silverado EV, likely due to the high interest and demand for the nameplate at the moment.

While Chevy MyWay technically underwent a soft launch last year, it has now been officially launched. Almost the entire Chevy lineup is currently available to view in the showroom, including higher-end models like the Chevy Corvette and Camaro, Chevy Tahoe and Suburban as well as Chevy Silverado 1500 and Silverado HD.

Customers can book a one-on-one or group appointment with Chevy MyWay via the service’s dedicated landing page at this link.

  1. Last year Chevy MyWay sent direct emails to me , marketing and promoting the service and features. I called the included toll free number, and reached a person, then two more people, that had no idea at all what Chevy MyWay was…. I had to ask if they new what Chevrolet was and if I had reached a Chevrolet phone line for customers, they assured me it was Chevrolet.
I had to give up. Marketing, should talk to operations. The things being offered I was never able to get from MyWay. But my new car, ordered to my specifications did arrive. And I have no complaints about Chevy.

  2. Chevy poorly communicated with the dealers on the 2020 Stingray. My rep at the dealership had very little info to share with me for the 8 months I waited in silence to see if I was even going to get a car. When I finally picked it up it didn’t have a high wing spoiler. It was supposed to have one. Lastly, I read as much as I could find regarding the car and when I picked it up I knew a heck of a lot more about it than anyone at the dealer in Maryland. All is well though. The most amazing driving machine. Way beyond expectations.

    1. Had the same experience in ordering my C8. Paid the deposit to get on the local dealer allotment wait list in 5-2020. Was finally allowed to put in my specs on th e GM site with my sales rep in 11-2020. The sales rep knew very little about the C8s despite the dealer bragging that they were getting one of the biggest allotments in the region. Then nothing for over 14 months, with repeated calls to my sales rep resulting in no updates. Eventually received a call from the National Corvette Museum staff asking what wording I wanted engraved on the interior plaque. Which meant something was happening. Finally called the GM Corvette “concierge” line and a live person answered on the 3rd ring! They were quite knowledgeable. And stated the car was actually built out on 4-23-21 (TWO weeks ago!!!). And still NO word from my sales rep. I had to call and tell THEM that the car was ready and that I had scheduled the appt. to pick it up at he NCM as per my option package. I told the dealer I shuddered to think how they treated a cheap Chevy Spark buyer compared to a +$100,000 C8 buyer.

  3. Utilized this site last week and was delighted with the level of info and guidance that the associates provided. Great step forward in the new digital world of shopping —

  4. I shop at auto shows, have to see the vehicle in person, sit in it, ask questions, great to make comparisons too. This is a nice tool to have once you own the vehicle as well, can log on ask questions, lots of features that pop up along the way.
