The 2023 Cadillac CT4 is the fourth model year for the luxury sedan, debuting only a handful of changes and updates compared to the preceding 2022 model year. Now, fans and potential customers can spec the 2023 Cadillac CT4 to taste using the official online configurator at Cadillac’s website.
With regard to trim levels, there are a total of three non-V variants for the 2023 Cadillac CT4, including Luxury, Premium Luxury, and Sport. There are two powertrains on offer as well, including the turbocharged 2.0L I4 LSY gasoline engine, which is rated at 237 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque, and the turbocharged 2.7L I4 L3B gasoline engine, which is rated at 310 horsepower and 350 pound-feet of torque. Luxury and Sport models are only available with the 2.0L I4 LSY engine, while the Premium Luxury trim is available with either 2.0L I4 LSY engine or the 2.7L I4 L3B engine.
The 2.0L I4 LSY connects to the GM 8-speed automatic transmission, while the 2.7L I4 L3B engine connects to the GM 10-speed automatic transmission. Both rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive are on on hand to put the power down. Under the skin, the Cadillac CT4 rides on the GM Alpha 2 platform, while production takes place at the GM Lansing Grand River plant in Michigan.
Per previous GM Authority coverage, pricing for the 2023 Cadillac CT4 has increased compared to the preceding 2022 model year, with MRSP rising between $500 and $700 depending on the trim level selected. As a result, the least-expensive 2023 Cadillac CT4 on offer (Luxury 350T trim with rear-wheel drive and turbo 2.0L I4 LSY engine) is priced at $35,790, while the most-expensive non-V 2023 Cadillac CT4 model (Premium Luxury 500T with all-wheel drive and turbo 2.7L I4 L3B engine) is $46,390. Note that these prices include a destination freight charge (DFC) of $1,395.
Further updates for the 2023 model year include the introduction of the new Bronze Accent Package, with adds a bevy of aesthetic upgrades for the sedan’s exterior. The Diamond Sky Special Edition package was deleted for the 2023 model year.
