First breaking cover in July, pricing for the new 2023 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing Track Edition models has yet to be revealed. That said, GM Authority exclusively covered pricing information for the “standard” 2023 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing, which is now $1,500 more expensive than equivalent 2022 model-year vehicles. Models equipped with the standard GM six-speed manual transmission now start at $61,890, while models equipped with the optional GM 10-speed automatic start at $65,065. Note that prices listed include the destination freight charge ($1,395).
Beyond the aesthetic upgrades, the 2023 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing Track Edition models all feature the same twin-turbocharged 3.6L V6 LF4 gasoline engine as the “standard” CT4-V Blackwing. Output is once again rated at 472 horsepower and 445 pound-feet of torque, while under the skin, the CT4 rides on the GM Alpha 2 platform. Production takes place at the GM Lansing Grand River plant in Michigan.

Looks great! But expected these special editions to have more of what the customers of these cars want. Similar to BMW’s competition package.
Cosmetic changes only without any performance upgrades suggests IMSA Editions may languish on lots until discounted. Three pedal sports sedans only have BMW and Cadillac in the game — surely I would consider purchasing one below MSRP. I’m also certain MOST dealerships will tell me to “kick rocks” in today’s market. 🙂
Any idea on production numbers for the Road Atlanta edition?
Thanks,
Chris
