Like the Bolt EV, the Bolt EUV also rides on the GM BEV2 platform and utilizes the same single-drive electric motor, which produces 200 horsepower and 266 pound-feet of torque, fed by the 65 kWh lithium-ion battery, which provides 247 miles of range per charge. For those who are unfamiliar with the product line, the Bolt EUV recently entered the market for the 2022 model year and was unveiled alongside the refreshed 2022 Chevy Bolt EV as its slightly larger sibling.
The all-new 2022 Bolt EUV features a similar, though not identical design to the smaller Bolt EV. The most substantial differences include a more upright hood, a different C-pillar treatment, and a longer wheelbase.
The 2023 Bolt EUV receives a new Redline Edition, set apart by its black and red Bolt EUV badge on the rear hatch, along with its red accent decals on the outside mirror caps. It will also come standard with a set of 17-inch gloss black painted aluminum wheels with red accents. The Redline Edition package can be ordered with the Bolt EUV in the LT trim level, or the well-equipped Premier. A Jet black leather interior with red accent stitching is available on both trim levels.

That is a huge rebate for todays market. I have noticed that most of the cars that are on the lots at dealerships are Bolts. But wait, I thought EV’s are the future for GM. If that’s the case, they better hope the Bolt isn’t a sign of what’s to come. Yikes!!!!
It’d be nice to know what dealerships you see filled with Bolts because here in the SE area of Michigan there are none to be found plus I searched surrounding states. They’re either locked down and hidden awaiting the recall repair or already spoken for. None of the dealerships are willing to work with you either to find a 2022 Bolt EUV. They only want you to order a 2023 and there’s no deals to lease one of those. Also I’m told it has a 6 month waiting list. I’ve wasted many hours searching for this vehicle only to continuously find out that this deal is a promise that Chevy can’t keep and just a bait to get you to contact dealerships. Another gripe – the dealers websites will show Bolts available but when you call you find out the website is wrong and managed by a 3rd party so the dealership is not responsible for the inaccuracy….. I don’t see any effort to support and make these offers truly available.
discounts etc are great but if you cannot get the car what’s the point. The wait time is months
Fire sale? This is a damaged model after replacing all batteries after LG issues. Might as well drop it , as gm does to so many models these days and replace with a new nameplate/vehicle. Wonder of the few people who have recently purchased a new one and shown it to a friend have immediately been asked, “Is that the one that catches on fire?”
I’m trying to order a 2023 Bolt EV since June of this year. Order must be placed thru an authorized Chevy Dealer. Problem is the Dealer cannot order without an allocation from Chevrolet. Can’t understand this nonsense! Doesn’t Chevrolet or the Dealer want my Business?
GM has 2900 dealerships in America, so therefore they have to spread rhe production among their 2900 dealerships, thus the allocation
The discount is the price reduction for the 2023 to make the 2022 price comparable
And how are you supposed to take advantage of this, pray tell? We’ve been waiting months with no word for an MSRP swap of our older Bolt; they weren’t allowed to give it to us due to the stop sale. We’re on the verge of giving up and just buying a new one and asking GM for a refund instead, but every dealership we call says the wait could be 6 months to get one.
Ok. Why buy a 2022 , with the 2023 coming out soon , that makes a 2022 a year old car, that is the same price as a 2033, you would have to be an idiot to buy a 2022 , if they knock another 5 grand off , then the 2022 is a good deal, and as far as their financing deal, you can beat that at any credit union

I’ve had my bolt 2019 never sa problem at 60,000 miles I got a new battery it gets better distance like 50 plus miles!
Dealers are marking them up $10,000 and it’s not negotiable. Only a matter of time until manufacturers get rid of their dealer networks. Tesla showed it can be done.

in California the 2022 euv lt is ends up being high,,they take msrp and add about 4k to the price.then you get a 6300 off,CA is 750.00 off. Tand l out the door. Total price now is 39k. I am calling the dealer and cancelling the 2022. Will order a 2023.Don’t know how,maybe 6 months. Don’t what games they will play with the msrp,etc. This has not been a good experience. Larry
Because of the battery recall I managed to do a trade/swap on my Bolt EV.
Bought my 2nd hand 2017 Bolt EV $17k in 2021, one year later was able to trade/swap +$16k to a 2022 EUV. A week later GM announced the price drop, was told to wait for the letter. Now I am being told no credit for me because I did a trade/swap and not a purchase. =(
