New for the 2022 model year is the new 2022 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing model, introduced as the ultimate high performance version of the Cadillac CT4-V model, along with minor changes and updates for other trim levels.
The 2023 Cadillac CT4 arrives with just a handful of changes and updates over the 2022 model, including getting the Driver Assist Package as standard and the addition of a Bronze Accent Package on the CT4 as well as on the CT4-V. However, the 2023 CT4 will lose the Diamond Sky Special Edition Package.
Notable changes for the 2023 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing are the addition of a new standard vehicle wrap as an alternative to the available enclosed shipping carrier option and debut of new Track Editions. They are offered in three different iterations, each named after a U.S. race track including the Watkins Glen IMSA Edition, the Sebring IMSA Edition, and the Road Atlanta IMSA Edition.
Production of the 2023 Cadillac CT4 began on July 18th, 2022, at the GM Lansing Grand River plant in Michigan.

Only Cadillac I really like! Design is sexy and the roofline isn’t coupe-inspired. Unfortunately, this styling is disapearing (look at CT-6).
Only complaint is that CT-4 isn’t quite as low riding as MB or Audi which effects driving dynamics and overall appearance. Still, this is everything a Cadillac needs to be but with fine interior materials.
