2023 Corvette Gets New Stealth Interior Trim Package

The 2023 Corvette introduces the fourth model year for the current eighth-generation sports car, debuting the new 2023 Corvette Z06, as well as a handful of changes for the Chevy Corvette C8 Stingray. Notably, the 2023 model year also introduces the new Stealth Interior Trim Package.

Essentially, the new Stealth Interior Trim Package adds a few choice aluminum trim bits to the 2023 Corvette cabin, all of which present a dark finish for a little extra custom flair. The new trim is added to the speaker grilles, the air vents, and the console trim plate, replacing the standard trim components.

The new Stealth Interior Trim Package is tagged with RPO code BAZ and is offered for the 2023 Corvette Z06, as well as the 2023 Corvette C8 Stingray. For the 2023 Corvette C8 Stingray, the Stealth Interior Trim Package is available in conjunction with the 2LT and 3LT trim levels, but not the base-level 1LT. As for the 2023 Corvette Z06, the Stealth Interior Trim Package is available in conjunction with the 2LZ and 3LZ trim levels, but not the base-level 1LZ.

Pricing is set at $595 across the board.

Unfortunately, production of the new 2023 Corvette Z06 will be heavily constrained. Per exclusive GM Authority coverage, 2023 Corvette Z06 production will be constrained at just 10 percent of accepted orders due to a plant restriction.

As a reminder, the 2023 Corvette C8 Stingray features the naturally aspirated 6.2L V8 LT2 gasoline engine, rated at 490 horsepower and 465 pound-feet of torque, while the 2023 Corvette Z06 is equipped with the naturally aspirated 5.5L V8 LT6 gasoline engine, rated at 670 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque.

Both engines connect to the GM 8-speed dual-clutch transmission, and both models ride on the GM Y2 platform. Production takes place exclusively at the GM Bowling Green plant in Kentucky.

  1. Definitely an option I’m ordering. It’ll provide less glare / reflection from the sun.

  2. At 10 percent of sold orders being produced, is that maybe 18 per production day?
Still a decent number across a whole year.
As for me, I decided to take extra care of my 2021 2LT as this car will be with me
    for 20 years. I gave up hope of ever buying a Z06, maybe I will find a 2019 ZR1.

  5. Any bets on when this will also be constrained for the already constrained Z06.

  6. They couldn’t even provide red leather for my friend’s 3lt build last Monday and he chose to change to black. This will be on restraint soon also. Even red brake calipers on restraint. My friend has chosen to wait. Bad when you’re willing to spend $91K and can’t even get red brake calipers. He already was told LED engine appearance package was not available for the entire 2023 model run.
