GMC Yukon Denali Turns Heads On Ferrada FT5 Wheels: Video

Houston-based aftermarket wheel manufacturer Ferrada has shared a video of a 2021 GMC Yukon Denali fitted with a set of its FT5 wheels, which were designed specifically for full-size trucks and SUVs.
This 2021 model-year GMC Yukon Denali came from the factory finished in the Smokey Quartz Metallic exterior color – a metallic brown hue that has now been dropped from the full-size SUV’s order books. The aftermarket Ferrada FT5 wheels, meanwhile, feature a gloss black finish that kind of clashes with the SUV’s chrome exterior trim, in our opinion. If you ask us, these wheels would look better on this particular vehicle if they had a brushed silver or chrome finish, but we digress.
The Ferrada FT5 wheel is sold in two sizes, according to the Texas-based company’s website. This includes 22×9.5, as well as the larger 24×10 – the latter of which are fitted to this particular GMC Yukon Denali. These wheels, which are not forged like some of the Vossen wheels featured on GM Authority in the past, retail for a reasonable $620-$720 and are appropriate for a wide range of full-size trucks and SUVs, like the GMC Yukon, Cadillac Escalade, Chevy Silverado or GMC Sierra 1500, for example.
The current-generation GMC Yukon is headed into its third model year. This mildly updated model will introduce four new exterior colors to the nameplate, including Titanium Rush Metallic, Frosted Pine Metallic, Volcanic Red Tintcoat and Sterling Metallic. The full-size SUV will stick with its familiar GM T1 platform for the 2023MY, while production will continue to take place at the GM Arlington plant in Texas.

Solid black wheels always turn my head….. the other way
I’ll be glad when the design engineers return to the days of making attractive body designs rather than putting anything on top of 4 over size tires with garish grotesque wheels.
Butt-Ugly
They turn my head alright- in the other direction!
I still can’t figure out how GM can justify employing people that come up with ridiculous ideas that increase the costs !
Looks good. The wheel actually looks like a snow flake
I would’ve blacked out the badging and emblems.
Does anyone know when you can start to order a Yukon. Is it the same date as production or do you have to wait a few weeks?
