Chevy Camaro With C8 Corvette Interior: Video

The C8 Corvette is nothing short of a game changer for America’s sports car, with an all-new mid-engine layout and a fresh design to match. That includes a brand-new interior as well, with a driver-focused cockpit that makes a statement all by itself. Now, one car customizer is doing the unexpected by taking the new C8 Corvette interior and swapping it into a Chevy Camaro.

Recently featured in a brief video posted by WhipAddict, this Corvette-swapped Chevy Camaro is pretty wild. The vehicle swap recipient is a bespoke 1992 Chevy Camaro Z28, which rocks a variety of exterior upgrades that aren’t to be missed. This includes a bright white paint scheme accented by rose gold pinstriping along the lower edges of the vehicle, as well as large five-spoke Forgiato wheels customized to match the body.

It’s definitely a head-turning look, but the interior is what really has our attention. Take a peek inside, and you’ll find the full interior done up exactly like a new C8 Corvette. The dash, center console, steering wheel, seats – all of it is straight from the eighth-generation Chevy Corvette.

The upholstery color and interior colorway are all-new as well, with a bright teal finish that nicely complements the white and gold exterior. The teal interior also includes black and silver accents for the surrounds and trim bits.

According to the video description, the C8 Corvette interior swap was done by Stitched By Slick Upholstery, who, according to the Stitched By Slick Upholstery YouTube channel, built the interior for auto enthusiast Coffee & Camaros Chick.

Now, this C8 Corvette-swapped Chevy Camaro is rocking some custom “IROZ-Z06” stickers and badging, giving a nod to the impressive mashup of GM goodness. No doubt, this thing will get attention wherever it goes, resulting in double-takes from anyone who takes a look at the wild interior treatment.

  4. Every car in this video is a display of horrific taste. I can only applaud the work that must have been required to fit that interior.

  5. Had a NEW ’86 IROC, sold it back to The General under the Lemon Law. 305 TPI never ran right in 13,000 mi, nor did they ever diagnose the problem after over 60 days in the shop. But in ’95 bought a new ’95 Z28 LT-1 that ran perfectly for 13 years and 57,000 mi before the move on up to ‘Vette World’.
