The Pearl White Metallic Tricoat color is a no-cost item that is only available on the 70th Anniversary Special Edition Package (RPO code Y70), which costs $5,995, and in turn is only available on the 3LT trim level. The Pearl White hue is matched with optional Satin Gray stripes, and can only be combined with one interior colorway – Ceramic White with Red stitching.

For reference, here are all 12 available interior colorways:

  • Adrenaline Red
  • Adrenaline Red Dipped
  • Adrenaline Red/Jet Black
  • Ceramic White with Red stitching
  • Jet Black
  • Jet Black/Adrenaline Red

The 2023 Corvette 70th Anniversary Edition is a limited-run version of the C8 Corvette that celebrates the nameplate’s 70th anniversary. The special package is available on both the Coupe and a Convertible body styles, and on the 2023 Corvette Stingray and 2023 Corvette Z06. The 70th anniversary package brings several upgrades over standard versions of each sports car, including cosmetic changes like unique badging, unique wheels, painted brake calipers, special seat upholstery, and other bits and pieces.

As a reminder, the C8 Corvette rides on the Y2 platform, with the C8 Corvette Stingray featuring the naturally aspirated 6.2L V8 LT2 gasoline engine, rated at 490 horsepower and 465 pound-feet of torque, and the C8 Corvette Z06 featuring the naturally aspirated 5.5L V8 LT6, rated at 670 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque. Both eight cylinder engines connect to an eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission that exclusively feeds the rear wheels.

Production of the 2023 Corvette Stingray is underway now at the GM Bowling Green plant in Kentucky. As GM Authority covered prior, production officially began on May 23rd, 2022, after being pushed back from the previously-scheduled start date of May 16th. Order books for the 2023 Corvette Stingray opened on April 7th. The start of production for the 2023 Corvette Stingray 70th Anniversary Edition is currently set for mid-summer. Meanwhile, ordering and production of the 2023 Corvette Z06 has not yet commenced.

  1. Giant 70 badge on it looks so cheap.

  2. Being an owner of a 2021 Ceramic Matrix Gray Metallic C8, I have tired of responding to “what color is that?” with “waaaaay too many words for light gray”.
    Note to GM:
Enough already with paint color names that contain four or more words. It is simply a color. Not the recipe for mixing the paint!

  5. I love white Corvettes, but not white interior. Natural, red or black or any combo there of would be my preference.

  6. ANOTHER LOST OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE AN ANNIVERSARY EDITION CORVETTE VERY SPECIAL!
JUST LIKE THE 60TH ANNIVERSARY IN 2013 BEING JUST PLAIN OLD WHITE WITH PLASTIC STRIPES,

THE CORVETTE DESIGN TEAM HAS TO BE REPLACED WITH CREATIVE DESIGNERS THAT KNOWS WHAT AN ANNIVERSARY SHOULD BE: ONE YEAR ONLY SPECIAL PAINT ON THE EXTERIOR (JUST LIKE THE 40TH AND 50TH ANNIVERSARY EDITIONS), NEW ONE YEAR ONLY INTERIOR LEATHER COLOR AND SPECIAL OPTIONS THAT CAN BE COMBINED TO CREATE A SUPER VERSION OF THE CORVETTES ON THEIR ANNIVERSARY MODELS. ARE YOU LISTENING CHEVROLET?
HOPEFULLY IN 5 YEARS, THE 75TH ANNIVERSARY WILL BE A SPECIAL EDITION CORVETTE, AND NOT IN WHITE OR GRAY.
