2023 Cadillac Escalade Pricing Revealed

GM Authority has obtained complete pricing for the 2023 Cadillac Escalade and Escalade ESV. GM applied a price increase to the 2022 model-year Cadillac Escalade fairly recently, raising the MSRP of the full-size SUV by $1,500 and also introducing a pricier $1,795 destination freight charge in late May.
The price of the 2023 Cadillac Escalade is unchanged from that recent revision. That means the regular-wheelbase Escalade in the entry-level Luxury trim and equipped with rear-wheel drive will be priced at $79,590 with DFC, while an identically equipped Escalade ESV will be priced from $82,590 with DFC. All-wheel drive can be added to any Escalade trim level for a $3,000 price premium and the optional 3.0L LM2 turbodiesel Duramax engine carries no price premium over the 6.2L L87 V8 gasoline engine, although opting for the Duramax forces buyers to select the $100 engine block heater.

The most expensive trim level for the 2023 model-year Escalade (not including the high-performance V-Series) is the Sport Platinum, which is priced from $108,890 with rear-wheel-drive and $111,890 with all-wheel-drive.
GM previously offered Super Cruise as standard equipment on the Escalade in the Premium Luxury, Sport, Premium Luxury Platinum and Sport Platinum trims, however it recently made the hands-free driving assistant a $2,500 standalone option on these trim levels. Unfortunately, Super Cruise is currently unavailable to order on the Escalade due to the semiconductor chip shortage and GM has not said when the tech will return to the full-size SUV’s order books.
The new Cadillac Escalade-V will also arrive for the 2023 model year, which is priced from $149,990. This model injects the spirit of the high-performance V-Series sub-brand into Cadillac’s mainstay full-size SUV, adding a supercharged 6.2L LT4 V8 engine producing an impressive 682 horsepower, which routes power through a GM 10-speed automatic transmission to a full-time active all-wheel-drive system.
As we reported previously, the start of regular production (SORP) for the 2023 Cadillac Escalade will is scheduled for July 18th, 2022, the same date as the start of regular production for the 2023 Chevy Tahoe, Chevy Suburban, and GMC Yukon. Production of the luxury nameplate will once again take place at the GM Arlington plant in Texas.
