2022 Buick Enclave Gets A $200 Price Increase

The 2022 Buick Enclave is the fifth model year for the current second-generation nameplate, introducing a full model refresh with updates to the exterior styling, safety tech features, and exclusive equipment for the range-topping Avenir trim level. Now, the 2022 Buick Enclave just got slightly more expensive with a $200 price increase.
The $200 price increase for the 2022 Buick Enclave is related to the vehicle’s Destination Freight Charge (DFC), which increased from $1,195 to $1,395. As a result, all trim levels and configurations are now effectively $200 more expensive.
With this latest price increase applied, the least-costly 2022 Buick Enclave on offer is the Essence with a front-wheel drivetrain, now priced at $44,195. The costliest 2022 Buick Enclave on offer is the Avenir with an all-wheel drivetrain, now priced at $58,495.

The 2022 model-year refresh for the Buick Enclave nameplate introduces a wealth of changes and updates, including the deletion of the Preferred FWD trim level, designating the Essence as the new base trim level. The refresh also changes the exterior paint lineup with the introduction of three new hues, which replace three outgoing paint options, as well as the introduction of new wheel options sized at 18 to 20 inches in diameter.
To note, the refreshed Buick Enclave was originally set to drop for the 2021 model year. However, the refresh was subsequently delayed as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
As a reminder, the 2022 Buick Enclave features the naturally aspirated 3.6L V6 LFY gasoline engine, which is rated at 310 horsepower and 266 pound-feet of torque, with the GM 9-speed automatic transmission on board for cog swaps. Under the body panels, the 2022 Buick Enclave rides on the GM C1 platform, while production takes place at the GM Lansing Delta Township plant in Michigan.
