The GMC Yukon is all-new for the 2021 model year, introducing a fresh fifth generation replete with updates and changes. Now, the 2021 GMC Yukon has been recognized as the Best Large SUV in the recent InMoment eNVy Awards.
The awards focus on 2021-model-year vehicles that have stood apart in delivering on buyer expectations with regard to comfort, quality, performance, safety, and ownership cost. Awards are based on new vehicle buyers’ independent feedback via the InMoment New Vehicle Customer Study (NVCS). Only 2021 model-year vehicles were considered for the awards, each of which required a minimum of 100 ratings to be included in the vehicle rankings.
“With 290,000 domestic and 50,000 Canadian responses from buyers and lessees of approximately 325 vehicle types, automotive manufacturers are able to cost-effectively leverage a massive amount of current and historical insight from this long-standing study,” said InMoment with regard to the NVCS.
Based on these criteria, the 2021 GMC Yukon secured a win as the Best Large SUV in the Mass Market Vehicle Segment. Other notable winners in this segment include the Chevy Silverado 3500HD with regard to the Full-Size Heavy Duty Pickup category, while the Chevy Corvette C8 secured the win in the Sports Car category of the Premium Market Vehicle Segment.
