Chevy Bolt EUV Pricing

For reference, here are the 2022 Chevy Bolt EUV trim levels with their corresponding starting MSRPs, destination freight charge included:

  • LT – $34,495
  • Premier – $38,995

Like the Bolt EV, the Bolt EUV also rides on the GM BEV2 platform and utilizes the same single-drive electric motor, which produces 200 horsepower and 266 pound-feet of torque, fed by the 65-kWh lithium-ion battery, which provides 250 miles of range per charge. For those who are unfamiliar with the product line, the Bolt EUV just entered the market for the 2022 model year, and was unveiled alongside the refreshed 2022 Chevy Bolt EV.

The all-new 2022 Chevy Bolt EUV features a similar, though not identical design to the smaller Bolt EV. The most substantial differences include a more upright hood, a different C-pillar treatment, and a longer wheelbase.

  1. Must not be selling very well.

    1. It’s GMs best seller in CA after the trucks, even after the recalls..

    2. I’ve had mine on order since January 20. They’ve been back in production for 2 weeks, but can’t make them fast enough to keep up with pre-orders and new orders. The deals are more than anything else, a desire to sell out all of the existing 2022 models before the 2023 production starts in May.

      1. There should be more than a mere $500 discount for this problem child with an outdated battery and a questionable history. Glad I got a buy back on mine.

    3. Hey China, the recently passed U.S. bipartisan infrastructure bill provides for the large scale removal of lead water pipes. We hope this will prevent most stupid comments like the one directly above this one in the future.
      Our deepest apologies.

  2. But you fail to mention the dealer is up charging 3k/5k., over sticker.

    1. I’ve got a local Chevrolet dealer selling everything at MSRP with no silly add-ons like pin striping or whatever. It’s not like selling at retail is a money loser, so it’s smart business practice in the long run to have high online ratings and goodwill. Pigs get fat, hogs get slaughtered.

    2. GM has warned dealers against this if they want to keep selling GM.

  3. This will not cost gm anything. There aren’t any of these cars on the lot. The companies want customers to order cars, which saves the company a lot of money. Yet these incentives are useless for someone ordering a car.
I think gm would benefit if a customer was able to order the car during a promotion and the deal applied at delivery.

      1. But do the listings say “in transit?”

        1. No they don’t. The dealer is Castrucci Chevrolet in Milford Oh. I also found other dealers in the area that have them in stock

          1. The biggest dealer in Houston, Mac Haik, “has” 9 EUVs: 2 LTs, 5 Premiers without major options and 2 Premiers with Sun and Sound, but no Premiers with Super Cruise. Every single one is “in transit” – not a single one is on the lot.

            1. And that has exactly what to do about a dealer in my area?

              1. Wow. You’re touchy. I could ask what exactly does the availability in Ohio have to do with me waiting for one down in Texas, but I won’t.

                1. I never asked you about about availability in Texas. You seem to like to argue for no reason

  4. 65 to 125K for range anxiety. No thanks

    1. Why would you want to buy 2 to 4 Chevy Bolts that combined would cost $65 to $125K?

  5. Matt: What about BrightDrop? They have plenty of commercial orders for this EV Van. What about the Hummer EV? They have increased the production run of this vehicle due to the orders. But the Bolt is not on the Ultium platform, nor does it use the latest pouch batteries. Now with the Ultium, once you get all the factories/sources in place and running, then you will see the other varieties like the Equinox EV. Plus, with the Ultium system there is a lot more reshoring/nearshoring. In fact, can you name a company that will be more Vertically Integrated in EV manufacturing than GM?

  6. I like the Bolt EUV better than the Bolt but 38k for a premier edition? I know GM and the non premier editions are usually plain and uninspired so i would only buy the premier in the long shot that i would actually buy one. Current owner of a 2017 Volt. It’s been a good vehicle but has been in the shop for almost 4 months waiting on a replacement BECM (Battery Energy Control Module). Luckily there is a 8 year warranty on the part but might not buy another GM product based on this experience. I know there is a supply chain issue but GM has parts and is building Hummers, Cadillac EVs and the Bolts so they have obviously made a decision to let people waiting on warranty parts to wait at the end of the line. Worst customer service ever.
