Costco club members in the market for a new Cadillac can leverage their membership to get a $1,500 rebate on a selection of eligible Cadillac vehicles, including both crossovers and sedan models.
The new limited-time special offer is available now and will be open to Costco members until May 2nd, 2022. The offer includes a $1,500 member-only incentive, which is available in combination with all other available incentives for which the member may qualify. To clarify, the new Costco member incentive does not cancel out manufacturer incentives that may be available with the Cadillac vehicles in question. Instead, the rebate is added to any other available discounts.
To qualify for the new Cadillac limited-time special rebate, interested customers must be a current Costco member as of February 28th, 2022. Other restrictions may apply.
The offer works like this – participants simply select which vehicle they are interested in from the list of eligible models, then register to receive a certificate that qualifies them for the $1,500 rebate. They then bring their certificate to their preferred dealer to claim their $1,500 dealership incentive.
The Cadillac models eligible for the new Costco rebate include a selection of 2021 and 2022 model-year crossovers and sedans. These are listed as:
Each of the models listed is offered with the full $1,500 Costco member rebate.
Of course, this isn’t the first time that Costco members have been offered select deals on new General Motors vehicles. Back in March of 2021, Costco members were offered a $3,000 rebate on new Chevy Bolt EV models, including 2020 through 2021 model years. More recently, in October of 2021, Costco members who purchased one of several new Chevy vehicles were offered a special members-only incentive that included $1,000 cash back.
Finally, there’s the Costco Auto Program, which offers prearranged pricing for various vehicle makes and models through a network of pre-approved dealers. As GM Authority covered last November, the Chevy Silverado pickup is one of the most requested vehicles in the program.

I hope Costco will give that rebate for the Lýriq.
The car rebate list is in the article. Federal credit $7500, State $2000 and electric company $500 charger rebate may not be enough for an EV.
In Canada, the only Costco rebate I’m seeing is for $750 on the Escalade.
I wonder if these other rebates will be coming soon for the rest of the models Cadillac offers? $750 off a $100,000 + purchase really isn’t much, but $1,500 off a $40,000 XT4 is something to take all the way to the bank!
Hi Big Game Al – the promotion mentioned in the article above is for the U.S. Currently in Canada, we do have the $750 incentive you mentioned above on select Chevrolet, Cadillac and GMC trucks and SUVs. – HK at CostcoAuto
In this Costco incentive also available in Canada?
Hi Ron Skreptak. This incentive is for the U.S.; however, we do have incentives in Canada. Please visit CostcoAuto(dot)ca for more information. – HK at Costco Auto
Call me stupid, but what is the incentive for Costco to offer this rebate? What do they make in the deal? Gm gets to move cars that are not selling well so I could see their investment in the deal. Costco almost seems to be setting up to be a car retailer that will become competition to the traditional dealerships. Almost like they are sneaking by association into the dealership role under the radar. Could someone please explain it to me?
>Call me stupid, but what is the incentive for Costco to offer this rebate?
The rebate is coming off the dealer end not the OEM end. Dealers in areas around participating Costco locations have to pay Costco to list their cars as a part of the Costco Auto program.
From Costco:
“Costco and its affiliates do not sell automobiles or RVs, or negotiate individual transactions. All vehicles arranged for sale are subject to availability and a price prearranged with the participating franchised dealer. A participation fee is paid by the dealers participating in Costco Auto Program.”
I tried to use the rebate to buy CT4 with SupreCruise 2, but the SuperCruise 2 option is not available at Cadillac.com online CT4 configurator. What gives?
