Life is full of stressful moments, but your vehicle shouldn’t be part of them. In fact, with the right technology, your car could be part of the solution, as seen in the following video advertisement for the 2022 Buick Enclave.
The advertisement opens with a family loading up into the seven-seater crossover, with three children on board. In back, we see a pet lizard hanging out on the third row.
Suddenly, panic grips the crossover. One of the kids suddenly declares that he forgot to submit his essay, while the child up front says her phone is nearly out of battery.
However, Mom isn’t too concerned. In response, she tells the first child to submit his essay using the Buick Enclave’s onboard Wi-Fi, while the kid up front can use the wireless phone charger for her phone.
All is well again, that is until the pet lizard goes missing. However, Mom is on that one as well, spotting the reptile using the Buick Enclave’s rearview camera.
“How do you stay so calm?” asks an onlooker.
“Massaging seats,” replies the driver.

As a reminder, the Buick Enclave was originally slated to receive a model refresh for the 2021 model year, but due to delays stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic, the refresh was delayed to the 2022 model year instead.
Just a single powertrain is available, namely the naturally aspirated 3.6L V6 LFY gasoline engine, which is rated at 310 horsepower at 6,600 rpm and 266 pound-feet of torque at 2,800 rpm. The V6 connects to the GM 9-speed automatic transmission, with both front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive available.
Under the skin, the 2022 Buick Enclave rides on the GM C1 platform. Production takes place at GM Lansing Delta Township factory in Michigan.
