Ohio-based aftermarket exhaust manufacturer Corsa Performance is now offering exhaust headers for the C8 Corvette Stingray.
Corsa’s new headers for the C8 Corvette Stingray bolt directly in front of the stock catalytic converters, do not require any additional modifications and emissions legal. The manifolds are made of 304 Stainless Steel and are designed to “maximize flow and accentuate sound,” the company says. They will also ship with basalt-based spark plug boot covers, which are designed to enhance the life of the vehicle’s spark plugs by shielding the engine from high manifold temperatures. The headers feature mandrel bent 1 7/8-inch primaries, a three-inch collector and a 2.25-inch connection to the stock exhaust outlet.
Corsa offers several other aftermarket parts for the C8 Corvette Stingray, as well, including high-flow catalytic converters, a three-inch cat-back exhaust with either chrome or black tips and a lightweight carbon fiber air intake. The cat-back exhaust can increase the sports car’s output by up to 18 horsepower, while the carbon fiber air intake can increase output by 14 horsepower. Corsa does not claim any performance or horsepower increase for the new headers, although they should change the exhaust note slightly to make it sound more defined and aggressive.
Corsa Performance is taking pre-orders for its new C8 Corvette Stingray headers through its web store now, priced from $1,579.99. Customer shipments are set to commence on February 23rd, 2022. Check out the web store listing at this link for information and photos.

These after market parts look surprisingly similar to the factory exhaust. I am guilty of not knowing the size of the factory parts. When I first started looking at the C8 factory stock car I was taken back to an earlier time when we spent
money on headers, intakes, cams, and other performance parts to make a stock car have some get up and go.
And how for the last few years manufacturers have been giving us factory performance. 400hp plus, excellent braking,
good sound, all in a factory built tidy little package, for a decent price.
In other words, the corvette C8 in factory form is just about perfect (as are other cars being offered right now.
Maybe if you were track only there would be a few hundredths off your lap time.
Just my 2 cents. I love my 2021 C8. Would not change a thing… except maybe that Magnuson or Edelbrock blower.
I do like the sound and whistle of roots blower.
The factory exhaust sounds great so why pay for these? Twenty horsepower would be barely noticeable.
Some people are just obsessed with mods I guess.
And there are no claims of added horsepower for the headers featured in the article. Ditto – not worth it to me. I like mine just the way it is.
The price is not $1,600.00 it is $6,400.00, $1,600.00 for the Header’s, $1,600.00 for the Labor,$3,200. for her Diamond Ear Rings; It’s all just expensive Jewelry!
I have Corsa’s Catback system on my 6.2L High Country. Absolutely love it! They make fantastic products.
Headers have NO horsepower gain!
WHO are the Goobers that Corsa is marketing these useless headers for?
$1,600.00 and you get NOTHING but a name on a header that is much the same as OEM.
Line em up…credit cards in hand!!
I had headers and Corsa mufflers on my C5 and also loved it. Later stepped up to a C6 where I removed the entire interior and applied “Dynamat” to the whole inside and retained the stock exhaust. It is cool and quiet but still roars when you get in it. My 2022 Z51-C8 is in after a 15 month wait will pick it up as soon as the snow melts.
Lol. I know I’m preaching to the choir, no company sells LTs with no gains. LTs generally produces 25hp or more with these new motors. They also help other performance parts excel based on flow and scavenging. Yes, they will step ahead of a stock one once the RPM passes 4k and above… Engine Masters has proven this with junkyard 5.3 LS. As they added performance parts, hp gains were higher overall as they supported each other.
Keep in mind, using HPTuners to maximize hp gains with each run.
I apologize for those that know this stuff already…
Besides, they sound good.
Corsa typically makes great products but these are simply rebranded Kooks headers that do in fact show zero gains on the dyno (actually, proven to show a loss vs. stock). If they wouldn’t neck down to 2.25″ then they would show power gains similar to AFE (2.75″ outlet flange) & ARH (2.875″ outlet flange). The stock header outlets and cat inlets are both 2.75″. The Corsa high-flow cat inlets are 2.75″ as well. Kook’s flange choice literally makes zero sense, and I have no idea why multiple companies are just simply rebranding then.
