The 2022 Cadillac XT4 is the fourth model year of the first-generation crossover nameplate, arriving with a few small updates and changes over the preceding 2021 model year. Now, GM Authority has learned that the optional all-weather floor mats and liners offered for the 2022 Cadillac XT4 are currently unavailable to order.
The affected options for the 2022 Cadillac XT4 include the following (relevant RPO codes listed in parentheses):
- All-weather front and rear floor mats (RPO code VAV)
- All-weather front and rear floor liner (RPO code RIA)
Both features were previously offered as LPO-level options, meaning they were installed by the dealer, rather than at the factory when the vehicle was initially produced. Pricing for the All-weather front and rear floor mats was $175, while pricing for the All-weather front and rear floor liner was $220.
Both items are also included in two separate LPO-level packages, both of which are currently unavailable to order. The All-weather front and rear floor liner (RPO code RIA) were part of the Floor Liner Package (RPO code PDF), which also included the Cargo liner (RPO code CAV) and was priced at $375, while the All-weather front and rear floor mats (RPO code VAV) were part of the Interior Protection Package (RPO code PDH), which also included the Cargo liner (RPO code CAV) and was priced at $325.
To note, the Cargo liner (RPO code CAV) is still available as a separate accessory option, priced at $200.
As a reminder, the 2022 Cadillac XT4 is available with a single engine option, namely the turbocharged 2.0L I4 LSY gasoline engine, rated at 235 horsepower at 5,000 rpm and 258 pound-feet of torque at 1,500 rpm. The four-cylinder connects to the GM nine-speed automatic transmission. Both front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive are offered.
Under the skin, the 2022 Cadillac XT4 rides on GM E2 platform. Production takes place at the GM Fairfax factory in Kansas City, Kansas.

Give us information we can use. Dispense with what GM is marketing in Suriname or Mauritania.
This is just one more “Who Cares?” . . . here in Florida at least, the dealers are offering “Sale Prices” on their minimal inventory at $5-6000 over MSRP. In my opinion, that makes the car ITSELF unavailable.
Must be the mat vendor’s sub tier supplier issue. Most of the world in this pandemic has been on backorder. Carhartt in Dearborn, Michigan cannot get quilted lining material for their hoodies and jackets which are final assembled by offshore finish product vendors.
