  2. A street poll? Is that supposed to measure success? Most these questions don’t even cover automotive questions, but what the heck.

  3. GM appears to be prioritized on the workers and on the customers, which one would think should lead to high marks in the other areas. Interesting this survey weighs customers so lightly; seems wrong that they’d be half as important as community support which is already primarily covered in supporting the workforce. Residual community support should be a much much smaller number, given the natural support which comes just from the company’s existence in the said community is already factored in through the workforce support.

  4. GM always had the practice of forcing high experience, high pay, older workers out w retirement when many did not want to retire. Retire or your new job will be shuffling paper in the copy machine.

  5. Mary Barra has put GMs glory days in the rear view mirror.

  7. Maybe they should be polarized on there customers..
How many times will they go to court to fight about there cyl deactivation that has ripped off a lot of people.
    Problematic 2.4 cyl cam chains.
There was a time when Ford was the top dog when it came to poor quality and not standing behind there customers.
I have always been pro GM but there is way to many issues with there products.
There falling behind the competition by leaps and bounds.
Mary needs to go before GM is unrecoverable.
